Rinyo's place was a delight. Spacious with well thought out modern finishings in a secure premises. Family friendly amenities like the creche and baby pool. The gym was one of the best I've been in a non-commercial setting. Very friendly service people. Would visit again!

Gina was super helpful and always responsive. Her place was beautiful and exactly what i needed. Great view of the city from the balcony and the pool and gym upstairs were great additions. Security at the door so no need to worry about that. Only thing that was a little hard to figure out was hot water in the shower but she helped get that sorted quickly and then i was good to go. I stayed in a different place for less money later on in my trip and found myself wishing i spent some extra dollars and stayed here instead. Recommend !

We stayed here because we have friends in the building and also because it is a recommended safe and peaceful location. The flat is high up with lovely views and no high-rises right in front so you can enjoy the vista from the balcony. We had everything we needed. The drinking water container was nearly empty when we arrived but the host had a new one delivery very promptly. The bed we used was extremely comfortable. The pillows weren't (they are massive) but it wasn't a major issue. It's an easy location to come and go from - the security on the gate are friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to shopping centers like Quickmart and others. Our host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information to make our stay comfortable. We had a fantastic stay! The property is tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home - warm, inviting, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and just as described. Henry, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to store our luggage as we had a late flight, which allowed us to explore Nairobi for a few more hours. Betty and Jackie, the cleaners, were excellent - thorough, friendly, and professional. Their care and attention to detail really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We were doing some traveling around Africa and this place was a nice break from the hotel-feeling… I needed to feel homely and this place definitely did that for me. Whitney was able to accommodate us last minute, so that we could rest before our evening flight. The place was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed plus more. I wish we stayed there during our trip instead of our other Airbnb! We will definitely be back.

Staying at Esther's place was an absolute delight. She’s a wonderful host warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Her home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning view. The peaceful atmosphere made for the most restful and refreshing sleep. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would definitely stay again.

Honestly, our stay at this place was amazing. Place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds are top tier ....I hadn't had such sleep in a long time! Absolutely Amazing 10/10 . Definitely coming back. I highly recommend this place. Plus it was super close to two rivers mall and village market which was super helpful. ☺️

As a writer and PhD student, that part alone was nourishing. And then there’s the meditation room. I’d never even imagined such a space in a home, let alone spent time journaling in one. It’s shifted something in me. I came to Nairobi to celebrate a birthday and ended up reconnecting with my future self. Thank you, Michelle, for sharing so much of yourself with your guests. I stayed here for 10 days in May 2025 for work. The flat was exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, secure, and spacious. The hot water and internet worked well. It was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. I was able to do my laundry easily. The compound is very secure. It is a ground floor flat which looks out into the parking lot, so I don’t open the curtains very often. I was at work most of the time so this wasn’t an issue for me.

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊

A very nice serviced apartment with a lovely terrace. Daily very thorough cleaning. Water dispenser. The kitchen has electric kettle, microwave, oven and stove, but there were no pots or pans whatsoever. Maybe we could have asked for them, if we really felt like it, because we were actually upgraded to a slightly larger studio when we arrived. So perhaps the room hadn't been fully prepared. But everything else was lovely.
