Holiday rentals with a patio in Kabelvåg

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

Everything we needed for 4 nights in the Lofoten Islands. Centrally located to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are also extremely helpful and responsive. Would come back and stay here again 🙂

This place is a real gem! It's super comfortable, peaceful and the view is wonderful. It was the perfect little paradise for my Lofoten adventure!

Great accommodation with fantastic views from the living room. The apartment is very modern and nothing is missing. Very clean! Flexible self check-in and quick access to the host are another plus. We would come back anytime.

This is one of my favorite AirBnbs ever. It is right by the water, walkable to everything you need in Svolvær—groceries, car rental, bars, restaurants, saunas, shops, cafes—and it was very peaceful. I spent my mornings in the enclosed back patio where you can see mountains towering over you (and sometimes a fat grey cat prowling around!). Sarah was a superb host-responsive, kind, and even left me a cold beer, which I needed after a long travel day. You probably can’t find a better place to stay in town.

Perfect base for exploring Svolvær, super handy checking in after late night flight arrival and really close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!

This flat is excellent. Great view, right on the water, great WiFi. It’s about a 10min walk back to the center of town with nice restaurants and cafes, as well as a grocery store. There’s also some great hikes nearby. Just know that Lofoten has moody weather, so you might want a long stay to ensure you get some sunshine to truly appreciate the region.

I can't recommend this property and location enough! Our stay in this home was perfect for our trip. The house allowed the extended family to spread out and not be on top of one another. Having two living rooms was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily catered for ourselves the entire time we were there. The home was spotless and the view could not be beaten! I liked the quick beach access and so did my kid. This home was in the perfect location for our visit. It is right off the E10 and a short drive from the airport. It put us in the middle of the southern half of Lofoten. Everything was in easy driving distance from Ramberg since we wanted to do things in both directions on the E10. We couldn't have asked for a better location or home for our family holiday! Thank you so much Hege.

We loved Camilla’s home. It was spotless, well designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Camilla responded quickly when there were questions and fave is a heads up that there was a holiday shortly after we arrived and that markets might be closed, so we were able to stock up before then. We felt super lucky to find this little gem in Lofoten. It was such a nice and cozy home with everything you would need to feel at home. We very much enjoyed the hammock, the garden outside and the possibility to relax after days of hiking on this beautiful, Northern peninsula. Calum and Simone was quick to respond and we immediately felt ourselves to be at home. Would definitely recommend and be happy to stay here again.

Rasmus’s cottage has a great location, is clean and tidy with a modern Nordic feel. A perfect place to experience Henningsvær and to use as a base to explore Lofoten! Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we in the Winter there we appreciated the carport attached directly to the house to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located in Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in the nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the northern lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope to come back one day!

Out Lofoten was an amazing way to experience the islands as a big group. Front to back, it was easy to check in, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, sleep in the comfortable bedrooms, get everyone situated, hike from Myrland as a starting point and more. When we briefly had complications in the house, Regine was quick to respond and offer solutions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Alex is the perfect host! The house is fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful! We immediately felt comfortable and were able to leave everyday life behind us wonderfully. It's all so uncomplicated and relaxed! The communication was great and nothing was missing. Since Alex also offers excursions, he is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday on the Vesterålen. With his kindness, courteous and open manner, humour and stories about the country and people, he made the stay even more refined. Thank you for everything! Stay the way you are! Hanne & her family were really amazing hosts! This stay was the best we had in our entire Scandi trip, for what’s it worth, the beautiful location and having it as our little home base while exploring all of Lofoten was amazing. We also appreciate the chocolate treat they gave us & making our check-in seamless and smooth. We would 100% be back here next time for our visit to Lofoten!

Beate's accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The weather did not allow us to do many activities around Leknes and we had to move away but being close to the city and amenities is very convenient. The stay was very relaxing. It's just perfect if you're looking for accommodation in the centre of Vestvågøya to be within reach of Eggum, Haukland, Unstad, Stamsund, Offersoykammen…

Very stylishly furnished apartment with views of the harbor entrance and the arrival of the Hurtigrut ships. Public sauna right next door, best restaurant of northern Norway about a 20-minute walk.

This is a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. It has everything you need for a year round visit, and is really handy for public transport, shops and the town centre. Kjersti is a wonderful host - kind, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

The space was perfect for a few days in Lofoten. Check-in was easy and flexible and everything was in excellent condition. The location of the accommodation is perfect to explore a lot of the Lofoten and still have a quiet retreat. Despite the fact that the apartment is in an annex to the residential building, you always have privacy and feel very comfortable. The view was unbeatable and delighted us every day. We would definitely visit again!
