Fantastic summerhouse in great surroundings. We especially enjoyed the really nice fire conditions in the garden. Charlotte was very welcoming and helpful in her communication.

We had a lovely stay here at Easter ☺️ The summerhouse is suitable for those who want to enjoy nature and quiet surroundings. It's a short way down to Gudenåen. The summerhouse is a good fit for a family with 2-3 children - there is space to play football, swing and coziness by the fire ☺️ We had good contact with the hosts, so everything was as it should be ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. We brought bikes and went on a trip in the surrounding area as well as the nearby forest. The cottage contains everything you could want from equipment and things for your holiday. It was neat and clean. Zenia responded quickly to our questions and we had a great stay. Highly recommend the summerhouse.

Big recommendation! This cozy cottage has everything you need if you long for peace and quiet luxury. The subtle smell of smoke in the air, the crackling of the fire pared with quite music from the B&O speaker, the stylish armchairs in front of the fireplace that you can't get enough of looking at it when the morning sun shines through the small windows: everything has its right place and the charm of the old house has been translated into the present. We couldn’t even use all the perks of the property due to our short stay, but we loved every hour. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Gitte & Gunnar

Nice and clean place to stay.

We had a great stay, everything was as shown in the pictures and check in was very easy. Sadly we missed the dogs and the nice host. The weather was quite harsh with storm and a lot of rain, so we were very glad to have a cosy house to live in over New Year's.

We had a pleasant stay with friendly hosts. Love to recommend others, the place is nice and clean as described. Hosts are super cool.

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. We had a very nice time in the house on Fehmarn. We were able to relax very well and relax in the well furnished quiet house. We also really enjoyed the sauna. The kids loved playing outside. We were happy to use great tips about restaurants.

Great place, really homy and beautifully done. We loved the the hosts who were all very friendly, fire place was on for us every evening, arrow shooting lesson with an experienced quide - the children loved it! If you are planning to stay with your dog, do consider that dogs which are not used to living in an appartment will react to noises in and outside the house. Also during the night. Our dog was quite alert in these surroundings and he is normally quiet. If its not a problem for you, you will be just fine ;) We enjoyed our stay a lot and would like to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Kristin and Daniel's cosy house, it felt like home. We were very well welcomed. The place was nicely decorated giving a sea holiday vibe. The surroundings were very peaceful, with the view on nature, the horses and cows. The house was very well furnished with fine taste and everything we needed. It is located 10 min by car from Blokhus beach which was pretty and must be even nicer in summer when it gets warm. I would love to come back again!

The cabin is very cozy and lovingly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the self-braided baskets! The wood-burning stove works great and is very cozy. The property is beautifully natural, but the forest path is very steep (with ice/snow it could be exciting). We would go back in a heartbeat!!

We've been there for the third time and loved it again. The location. The house. The view. The fireplace. The beds. Everything is small, but that's exactly what we liked. The only thing we found a pity was that we couldn't stay longer:) Thank you very much. We'll be back.

Very nice private accommodation in a piece of forest. The house is heatable, which was very helpful in December. Great working fireplace! Christian is a very accommodating host and has put us on the table with a welcome basket of nibbles and wine/beer. The apartment was preheated; we also enjoyed this.

Fjordhøj’s cabin was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and right on the water. Host was responsive and helpful, and we had the perfect weekend. Would absolutely recommend.
