Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jurupa Valley

We had a great stay. Luis was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Travel tip: LA requires driving no matter where you stay. We were able to get to Pasadena, Glendale shopping, and the LA Arboretum easily. With the right timing (driving outside typical work traffic hours) we got to downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Disneyland with ease. The bed and supplied cot were both very comfortable. The kitchen was clean including cookware and dishes, as well as a full-sized refrigerator/freezer for our left overs from local restaurants. There was an a/c we didn’t need and a small electronic fireplace/space heater that was enough to knock the chill out of the room. The unit is away from the main house and is very quiet and private. We felt very safe and comfortable in such a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and will look to book for a future stay.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The home was incredibly modern, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. It was spotless from top to bottom, and the cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Inside, the space was open and airy, providing plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor area was just as spacious and inviting. It was also in a perfect location—just 10 minutes from Disneyland—which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The host was easily accessible, super friendly, and even gave us a great recommendation for an amazing local restaurant that we ended up loving.

We loved the house! As my 6-year-old nephew said, ‘The bed is sooo cozy.’ The only downside was a bad smell coming from the kitchen—like a gas smell, or it might have been the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and closed them when we left, but the smell lingered. Other than that, it was a great location, and everything was as described. I asked if I could bring another child, and Ivy happily said yes. I didn’t end up bringing him, but I’m glad it wouldn’t have been a problem. We would definitely stayed at the house again. The check-in was super clear. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

a lovely two-story condo

This was a great place to stay for Disneyland! We walked there each day, it’s about a mile and a half but there is a bus line very close to the condo if that’s preferable. We loved this condo - it was clean and the staff were really friendly and some really great customer service all around! They held our stroller for us when we rented one, Building and parking was very secure and much better than a cramped hotel for my family, yet it has all the amenities of a hotel like clean towels upon request. The one thing I didn’t like too much was the sale pitch to “tour” the vip penthouse and offering of prizes to tour - this place is a timeshare so it was a little off putting at check in when we went through Airbnb. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back! Thanks.

Great deal for a long-term stay. Had to extend last minute and Laura was too kind to accommodate our request. She was very friendly and responsive too! Neighborhood is private and peaceful, it felt right at home. Unit was really cozy and we love that we are able to use the garage as most rentals we’ve seen don’t allow such. We enjoyed the private patio as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
