Great house, with all the utensils, spacious rooms, in a quiet gated community. We spent a great weekend with 3 couples and their children.

Wonderful house, great for living with family and friends. Kitchen super equipped and integrated with the other areas of the house, comfortable furniture, good towels and bedding. Super attentive hosts.

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

We love the house, we will definitely return at another opportunity. The house is equipped with everything we need, one detail is that it has quite a long leg, so there can be no shortage of repellent! The beach is very good, has beach service, what we love for the convenience, Cícero is very friendly and helpful! The house being so complete and comfortable was great because in our stay it rained a whole day so we had to stay in the house, and how comfortable it was not an issue! André was very friendly and understandable, flexible with our check-in which helped us a lot. Alexandre who received us at the house was also very friendly and helpful, I recommend the stay to everyone!

Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

We stayed at Wadner's home in Bertioga this weekend and it was just amazing! The host was extremely helpful and attentive from the start, always available to help with what was needed. The house is wonderful, there's no way to explain! All very well taken care, impeccable cleaning, smelling environment, impeccable bedrooms and beds, which shows the caprice in the details. The heated swimming pool was a real differential, it made us feel like a high-end hotel! Without a doubt, a wonderful experience I recommend with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

I don't even know how to start, Vera is an amazing person and your house is cute, it looks like an enchanted house, the garden, the view, everything is perfect. I felt so at home that I would live there forever. It is a chalet in the middle of nature, safe and pleasant. you wake up and already look at the sea with the islands in front of you. Vc has to go by car to beach, but it is very close. It has everything you need and a wonderful energy!

The house is perfect for large groups. The rooms are large and the common spaces are very spacious as well. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a barbecue. the parking space for 3 cars. The house's condominium has access to the beach and has a very good swimming pool.

Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, the neighborhood is super quiet and has a lot to do in the surroundings. We very much like the stay and we intend to go back. The host was very kind and proactive.

The house met all expectations. With four spacious and airy suites, it accommodated our family in total comfort and privacy. The pool and barbecue area made our group moments even more special. All very clean, well cared for and with a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking rest and leisure.

Great place to enjoy the beach

Perfect stay. All way better than the photos. Super attentive Julio, giant house, very comfortable and super well equipped. Condominio very beautiful and super close to a very quiet stretch of the beach. Talita is a great cook and helped us a lot.

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

Victor was an excellent host! Extremely kind and concerned about our stay. He gave great directions to service providers on site. The house is wonderful, it matches the photos in the listing and stands out for its cleanliness and comfort for all guests (we stayed in a group of 13 people, all people well accommodated). The housekeeper Daiana, who Victor recommended for separate cleaning, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend her!

Stella was very attentive and gave great guidance. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and offers excellent support. It is very close to the beach and does not require much effort to get to it.

We really liked the patrician house! had everything we needed and even more with games and the like! The only important thing is that there is no filter of some available so the water would have to be taken, in other words, a very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and also good and safe location!
