Rural cottage of 40 m2, from 1 to 6 people adjoining our house with independent entrance. Quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. Private terrace on the south-east side with table and benches, barbecue and clothes rack. Kitchen equipped with gas stove and electric oven. Living room with sofa bed and wood-burning stove. And upstairs a bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer. Baby equipment upon request. Parking with EV charging available.

Our rural cottage for 1 to 6 people, completely renovated in our old farmhouse, will welcome nature lovers. 100 m from the cottage, our private pond on our one-hectare plot where you can observe nature and relax by the water. Our property is bordered by the Sevron river in its natural state to preserve the biodiversity of the site. For fishing, 800m away, our town has a beautiful pond, with a sports area and pedestrian paths.
