At the crossroads of the Jura ridges, dominated by Mont Chasseral and the shores of the lakes, our accommodation, mysteriously called the Staircase, will surprise you with its calm, warmth, and location conducive to adventure. The accommodation is located in an old Neuchâtel farmhouse renovated into an apartment. The Staircase is located upstairs. Exposed beams and fireplace on the menu. Fully equipped and carefully decorated. Intimate garden as well as flowery for relaxation after a day of excitement.

Our modern apartment offers two bedrooms (one king-size twin bed and two single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, a Smart-TV, two balconies, and a seating area with a fireplace for barbecue provide comfort. Free parking is available on site as well as private entrance with keyless access (PIN code). Shopping and a bakery are a five-minute drive away. Bern, Interlaken, and the Emmental Valley are each just 30 minutes away. Pets are welcome.

Swiss Jura mountains, altitude of 1111 m. Hiking, skiing, snowshoes, horse riding, are activities near the chalet (skis to rent at the ski ressort near the chalet). Biel, Bienne in french is 20 min drive from the chalet. Jura, Bern, Neuchâtel are 1 hour by car from the chalet. Wifi, sauna are free, easy to use. Prices includes "tourist tax 4.-" day/person. This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. ***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

At the rippling fountain and hidden in the former farmhouse from 1878 is our lovingly furnished apartment with a view directly into the barn, the fountain and the horse stable.
