Beachfront holiday rental in Juquiá

The house is excellent, very cozy. In a quiet and very organized condominium. João is very attentive, and polite. It was a pleasure.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

We love being there, the apartment is super cozy, well located, we cross the street and we are already on the beach, everything is very clean and organized, we will definitely come back more often, Jaque is super attentive ❤️❤️

I stayed on the weekend of 25/04 with my family, we were extremely well treated and welcomed, I have an autistic son and even without them knowing how to meet all the needs and he liked them right away, they were beautiful with him, I saw there were a lot of the good rsss , the house is very complete, there's everything you need to have in a house, the barbecue area with the kitchen is perfect, swimming pool of an excellent size, we feel at home and with ctz I would come back, comfortable accommodations, I only have compliments of vdd!!! I just say, go without fear! Vai amar com ctz. Wonderful people, wonderful home!

Cristina always responded quickly to messages from the beginning, the house is very good, all the guests liked it very much, close to the beach, cozy, safe, 5 cars fit in the garage. We were welcomed by Mr. José, who treated us very well. There was a problem with the fridge, I spoke to Mr. José, who soon sent a technician to assist us and in less than 30 minutes everything was ready. It really was worth it. Many thanks to Cristina and Mr. José.

We spent a great weekend in the house and we would definitely be back again! Cozy house and very close to the beach, you can walk. The pool is wonderful with a very pleasant temperature, you can come back from the beach and spend a lot of time having fun in it! The children loved it! Only the pool pump hole that has to be very careful, because although it is not on the ground, it has an extremely strong suction, becoming dangerous when the pump is on! The beach is extremely quiet, it even looks private, great for families! We had a lot of fun and loved the stay!

We love the house,very welcoming and it is exactly like the announcement. Right from the beach,nearby shops.We take our puppy this is a differential!,a very family place,it was what we are looking for. Vívian was very requested and informed us everything right, I highly recommend.

Spacious space for the family has a beach air suitable for those who wish to have access to the beach. It's very close! 3 min walking, the Host supported us and cleared the doubts that were raised. Space has plates, pots, tables, cutleries, utensils! There are 3 bathrooms being 1 external. There's varal and tank! The fridge freeze well, the oven works! Very good!

Wonderful house, close to the beach, a good location with several kiosks, residents around, a quiet place. The house looks like the photos listed, and Marcelo is always helpful and attentive to us. Our family had a wonderful weekend. We'll be back more often.

Excellent stay, it was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet place, with beautiful views and surrounded by green. It is not far from the center of Guaraú, but the ideal is to go by car. First time in Guaraú, we love the landscapes, meeting of the sea and the beautiful river. We are looking forward to returning, this time in low season, to find the village a little quieter.

Eliane's accommodation was sensationally beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable. All her tips for restaurants and activities were useful. Eliane was always very flexible - both on arrival and departure. We would like to come back to this little paradise with its own pool, jetty and canoe. Such a great accommodation in a beautiful nature reserve is really something special.

Guaraú alone is already a wonder, and the house we stayed in was very good, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking,.... everything just right and literally on the sand, but with a lot of comfort and practicality. We were very well received by the landlady, Dona Cida. And the host Alberto, very attentive in answering my questions about the house and the location. I highly recommend it. We'll be back soon.
