Independent studio located above our home in a quiet area in the countryside. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the entrance to the legendary Circuit de Le Mans. We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

Cottage in the woods, by the water

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Accommodation adjoining that of the owner, 400 m from one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe. Family house restored with healthy materials (earth, lime, local wood, hemp, terracotta tiles...) On the ground floor, a 26 m2 living room equipped with a full kitchen and a wood stove, sofa bed for 2 extra beds and bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, a large 25 m2 bedroom, 160 x 200 bed and 1 single bed + a crib.

Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

In the heart of Sarthe, surrounded by horses, this former barn converted into an independent studio will be perfect for a quiet stay. It consists of a double bed, a sofa that converts into a single extra bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and a bathroom. You'll also have access to a parking space and terrace. Located 20 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 1 km from Laigné-en-Belin.

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
