Holiday rentals with a patio in Junin

The Apartment has an incredible view! It was amazing to start the day with this landscape. It is very comfortable and you feel like at home due to the privacy. Further, there is a great communication with Alex, who always responded fast and was very helpful. Overall I can highly recommend this apartament!

We stayed at this place during our field trip to study the jungle floors in Chanchamayo, and it was an excellent experience. From the outset, the place exceeded our expectations-it was spacious, welcoming, and reflected exactly what was described on the platform. Great experience! From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. The place was spotless - clean, tidy and with all the amenities working perfectly. The place was very comfortable, and the area is quiet, ideal for resting. In addition, the location is perfect for getting to know Huancayo, with easy access to restaurants, transportation and tourist spots. Our stay at Ruben's place was really nice, the view is amazing and the place is quite quiet and cozy, plus the plants that are around give a lot of peace. They have good internet if they want to do home office, it also has a kitchenette and a spacious refri if you want to cook something. She also has a cute and loving little puppy. Our host was always aware of everything we could need, in addition to the fact that before we left, the key was lost and he was quite patient, he waited for us until we found it, even though we spent a little check out time, thank you Ruben!!! We highly recommend your warm and welcoming stay <3

Excellent apartment, very spacious and with everything you need to feel at home, in the photos seem smaller. Everything worked and I had everything implemented, I really liked my stay together with my colleagues. At all times they helped us answer questions that we had. Very nice of you with everything. Anyway we plan to come back if it's possible.

I felt good, at home. Very quiet place with everything you indicate in the photos. An excellent place to come and stay while visiting Huancayo.

Marita's place was very clean, tidy and super cute. All you see in the photos was what we found in the place. The terrace is nice and the view to the trees was great.. whoever gets to this house will enjoy it and have a great time.

The treatment is amazing and the hospitality is very good

We had a stay like at home; regarding the kitchenware, furniture, order and cleanliness. There was a problem with the hot water, but they solved it promptly. The road is not paved but there are sidewalks and a park in front, also the area is very quiet and pleasant to walk around. Taxis and transportation pass by. Iscela and Mrs. Olga are polite and friendly people.

The place is much better than the pictures. The room, the bathroom and the infrastructure is a rustic luxury. If you are really looking for silence and disconnection from the city, Rosario's lodging and her wonderful dogs will accompany you and you will feel at home safe. The scenery is beautiful. If you like treckear there is a lot to walk and get to know around. People are very friendly and guide you if you see you lost. Pdta.- Ask about the quince jam and its pancitos bonazos for breakfast. Rosario is always attentive to what you need. Thank you Rosario, for the experience💙!! 🙌

Location close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies, plaza and others; tidy and clean environments.

Excellent! I highly recommend it if you plan to have your own space when you go to visit Huancayo, there were inconveniences with the wifi but it could be resolved, well grateful for the comfort and trust we were given.

Excellent accommodation, with everything you need. Exceeded my expectations and the hostess is very friendly and flexible. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it!

we arrived and we got not problem locating the place, we arrived with our children and as soon as we arrived we had a click with the apartment. it was very well equipped, we had orange juice every morning thanks to the juicer, my partner was very pleased with everything, we had a couple of hiccups but was fix in a gifi, Julio was so quick to respond and quick to sort thing out, he was also flexible at checking out, that was a 100!. we cooked breakfast and was so useful to have pans and a variety of utensils, we had portable heaters, as soon as we arrived we had to do washing and there was a washing machine and a drying rack there was lots of restaurants and mini market that had everything, it was great to have an a variety in everything, we are very sad to leave, however we hope to be able to comeback and stay at Don Julio's place again.

This space is very nice, exactly as in the pictures. It is well equipped to cook and eat at home. And in the area there is everything you need - a super, local shops, several restaurants, etc. Kari is an excellent host. Very communicative and was quick to answer us for any questions we had. For future guests, please ensure they go to Tupac Amaru Park in the afternoon - it's a few blocks north of the apartment. It's full of boys practicing dancing, food stalls, and a very nice sense usually!
