Great host, everything in terms of shops and restaurants are nearby and I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous location with well maintained landscaping. Abundance of wildlife and it was a treat to listen to the birds every morning. The apartment is very functional, well maintained with nice finishing touches. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Rosaura is also a very gracious and helpful host. I highly recommend the place!

Amazing stay! The hosts were lovely people. The animals on site were beautiful (and obviously so loved/cared for). The barn was a great place to unwind and disconnect from the all of life's distractions. It was clean and super cozy. I would 100% recommend it and we hope to go back some day. We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, and Janet’s clear instructions made getting there and checking in a breeze. The little welcome touches like cookies and thoughtful signs added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The AC and fans kept the space comfortable, and private parking was definitely a plus. The kitchen was quaint, neat, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The shower had good pressure and worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Janet!

I truly recommend Rashmitha's space, super clean and quiet, just 5 minutes walk to the main street of Julian, we had an incredible time as a family, it is 20 minutes from Mount Laguna.

I felt right at home in Jennifer’s place. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was very clean, and the closet had plenty of storage. There was always street parking available at all times through out the day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place; I would definitely stay there again when visiting my grandkids, as it was super close and convenient. The place was spotless and clearly very thoughtfully stocked with all the things you should need when traveling. Christina is very friendly and helpful. Fabulous shower and shower head, too! The TV seemed to buffer a lot, but that was the only thing that could have been better. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.

The door to the apartment was challenging to lock- we had to pull it really hard with all our weight. Something to look into. Place was clean and lovely - loved the balconies. The bar and street life were a little loud until late on Friday. But know and love University Heights!

It was a great cozy stay. I give it a 10 out of 10. The location is perfect. You are one block away from the beach check-in and check out with simple. They had a lot of beach accessories available for use such as bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach, chairs, beach towels, and even a cart to bring all these things with you. You have your own private parking spot. The host did a daily check-in to make sure your stay was going great. We had such a great time. I will definitely be renting again and will refer anyone. I know that is going out to Mission Beach.

We were looking for a one night stay and Joe’s place was a great choice. Very clean, equipped with adequate amenities we’d definitely recommend this place. Also, Joe was very responsive and flexible with both checkin and checkout times.

Joaquins place was so nice and as pictured. We felt so at home and had everything we needed for a nice stay! We really appreciated the hospitality and the bikes were a plus! The location is great and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable, everything was perfect. Some tips: the place was a little difficult for us to find (a user error Im sure) but we looked at the trash cans for the house number. To adjust the seat on the bikes there are tools attached to one of the pouches on one of the bikes. You won't be disappointed in this rental, would definitely stay again!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The location is amazing. So close to Grossmont and other places we like to frequent in the area. We were in town for a quick weekend to attend the fair and were able to get rested from our travels and thoroughly enjoy our days spent in the area. Close parking, fantastic room/bed. Highly recommend !! Already looking forward to our next stay.

The place was great close to some good places to eat. Ellie was quick to respond and very helpful with anything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. the kitchen was well setup. I really wish I had more time in San Diego and had stayed a few more days here.

Great spot with own parking. The beaches were in walking distance. The downtown area was in walking distance as well. The host were very responsive and friendly! Will book again.

I was in need of an Airbnb and stumbled upon this listing. I was very pleased to find such a gem of a find! The location is steps away from the water and a close walk to close by coffee shops. The place itself was clean and spacious, I felt right at home! It really has everything you need for a stay in San Diego. Ariel was also very communicative for any concerns I had and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences that we have had in quite a while. The condo was just as described. The area is very walkable and there are enough local businesses to keep you busy for a long time. By car, the area attractions are all less than 20 min away, and Sea World is only 5 min away. The laundry allows you to pay by phone so you don’t have to scrounge for quarters. The one note is that it was very difficult to park in the garage and we only have a midsize station wagonesque car. If we had a full sized SUV, it would have been a problem.

I'll say Yes! My family absolutely had a great time staying at Melissa’s place. A wonderful and cozy apartment, walkable environment with restaurants and short drive to everything you'll need including getting to the highway. We will definitely book this place again the next time we have need to visit San Diego. Thanks Mellissa.

Kim’s place was awesome So many amenities for what you pay for . She also had all the extras you might need . Place was clean Kim was very precise about her instructions and clear on communication . I reached out several times and she got back to me immediately. The fireworks outside the window each night from Sea World was awesome . Felt like home . Close to the bus stop and easy to get to and from Kim thought of everything . Leave your troubles behind and stay at Kim’s place . We will definitely be back

The space was perfect for our family. Great sized full and clean kitchen even though we didn’t need to use it a lot. Lots of space for us and our 3 kids, and we appreciated the toys and baby high chair+pack n play! The kids really enjoyed the back yard space. We only saw the neighbors in passing so the space was basically all ours during that time. Hosts were very friendly! Location was close to everything we needed. No issues with the street parking. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay, our host was very helpful in their local recommendations. The home was also very well maintained with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Perfect for a weekend trip with the comfort of a nice community.

After a much needed get away and celebrate our anniversary we found this lovely place to stay. The place was just perfect to get away and be near nature and away from the city. If we had any questions or concerns Joe was their to assist. This is a great place to stay and would recommend.
