The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

The apartment is perfectly located in the good part of the city centre, and is well served by bakeries, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. Even though it's on a busy avenue, it's super quiet. The shower was very good in the cold of JF, there were extra towels and the mattress was very comfortable. Ederson is an exceptional host! He gave clear directions, tips about the city (I've lived there and they're really good) and always responded quickly and kindly. I will definitely stay there again!

Great place. Close to everything. Neighbourhood right in the centre where I did almost everything on foot. Very cozy apartment, where I felt at home. In addition to being impeccably clean, everything was very fragrant and full of treats that made all the difference. TVs with cable channels that complemented the entertainment in the apartment, as well as very fast and stable internet. The owners are to be congratulated. Thank you!!!!

I loved the apartment, it's small but very well laid out. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and everything went perfectly well.
