Very close to the Old City and Mamilla mall. Clean, uncluttered, and well equipped. Our family loved staying in this place. (It could be made even better with a sitting area on the rooftop!)

We are so thankful Aviel for our amazing experience staying here. It was exactly what we had hoped and our stay was PERFECT. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and we felt right at home. Aviel was terrific to work with from the moment we started inquiring about the property to the moment we left and locked the door behind us. Everything worked flawlessly in the house, including the WiFi. We will be staying here again, no doubt about it.

Really enjoyed staying at Itai’s place. He was incredibly accommodating and very helpful! The place itself is very unique with an artsy authentic vibe in an excellent location. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and is thoughtfully stocked with extras like coffee and laundry detergent. Located just a short walk from the beach and some great coffee shops. There was some construction noise, but this was the only negative we experienced during our entire stay! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique local experience

The apartment is in new area. Good clean building. The apartment itself is very convenient and cozy. Karen was super helpful with all our questions including late evening. Next time in Israel will use this again.

L'ppartement de Lior était propre, très bien décoré, très bien agencé et la terrasse est très agréable pour boire un verre le soir au calme. la résidence est de haut standing avec une piscine grande et au calme. nous reviendrons sans hesitation! We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a fun weekend

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location. Being located inside a hotel was a huge plus since the security as well as services were a big plus. Elad was very much willing to please and truly appreciated our being in Israel during these difficult times. His concern for our happiness was sincere and welcome. I would recommend a stay at this property.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy flat in Florentin, Tel Aviv! The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Jaffa, Neve Tzedek, and the beach, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It has a welcoming, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and happy to offer local tips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great base in a vibrant part of the city.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Tel Aviv. Perfect place to stay with a family! Close to the beach, the park and a 2 min walk from a 24/7 hour super market which was super convient. The rooms were nice and spaced out well in the apartment for privacy. The apartment also has great common spaces in the kitchen, living room and balcony where we created wonderful memories! Most importantly, Roei is an incredible host. He went above and beyond in accommoding our needs and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. More so than any other Airbnb host that I’ve had in years. 10/10, would absolutely return!! 💯

The unit was amazing. Converted store front into a 2 bedroom suite- it’s like having 2 hotel rooms with a shared common area. right on the beach. Could not be any closer. View of sunset every evening and easy to access beach and restaurants. Clean, spacious and modern with a basic kitchen and automated blinds and shutters, nice touch. Hosts were very proactive and flexible. Checked up regularly and ensured we had all we needed. Instructions were clear and detailed. Would definitely stay here again.
