We had an incredible stay at this Joshua Tree retreat. The full-length glass windows offered breathtaking views of the rocky desert landscape—sunrises and sunsets were unforgettable. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the summer heat, and the entire space felt serene and private. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable, and the home was peaceful and quiet, yet just a 7-minute drive to the 29 Palms Highway. Highly recommended—would definitely stay here again!

The home and the property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. The property is at the end of a dirt road that can seem a bit difficult to find but with the host instructions it leads you right to the property without issues. Every room of the house was clean and set up perfectly with many places to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. We made use of the pool, jacuzzi, game room, backyard dining table, and fire pit which were all amazing amenities. The host was also very proactive and responsive making us feel secure even though we had no issues. Highly recommend!

A Very Peaceful Home , True to description and Pictures. My favorite part was the outside shower :) & the bubble for stargazing !!! Can’t forget the Hammocks so FUNNN. Very Responsive Host.I loved it all. Was a bit sad that the Fire Pit didn’t work after trying a Good 10 times. But we didn’t let it ruin our vacation since it was the night before leaving that we tried to use it. It was a great experience I would definitely be back one day !

The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay truly special. Any minor imperfections were easily overlooked thanks to the beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for a pleasant stay. The host was kind and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. Hygge's place was the perfect desert oasis. Spot on with the pictures, gorgeous surroundings, very clear and detailed instructions for all the amenities, and very comfortable. If you're looking for a private desert experience that feels like a dream, this is it. I'd live here.

The Hideaway house was wonderful and so fun for a bigger group. The backyard was amazing and had plenty of fun activities aside from the pool, all the bedrooms had a door to the back which was a fun addition, everything was clean and the showers and bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a show place! The views, the pool and spa, the decor and furnishings were top notch. Great retreat and super private. Be aware this place is on a dirt road/unpaved road for about a mile or so. Close to Joshua tree National park and the main highway to shopping and restaurants aren’t too far. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms clean. We had a couple minor issues while there and management team was responsive and helpful to get everything up and running. Great place for a desert retreat! Thanks for hosting.

beautiful airbnb, really clean and aesthetic. loved the outdoor area with the daybed, jacuzzi/pool, and firepit. had a lot of extra towels and other toiletries that were useful! the host was very responsive and accommodating. had a great time!

This is a very lovely place, even better than the photos -- spacious, comfortable, charming. Especially great was the totally silent air conditioning, keeping the house very comfortable during some very hot days. Jeff and Brittny were totally responsive and very warm. We would come back any time.

If you would like to have a first class JT nature experience without the hassle of camping in the desert, this is it. We felt right at home and hope to come back some day.

This place is magical! We had such an amazing time during our stay. From either star gazing, to local shopping, or exploring Joshua Tree national park - it was truly perfect. The house was another level! It was seriously breathtaking and the only complaint was we had to leave! This place was the best and the hosts matched that energy! The house was absolutely beautiful from the location to the furnishing to the layout. Additionally, Ashton could not have been a better host. Communication, helpful just a superb experience.

This really is a spectacular place. The setting is incredible and the interior design is on a level beyond any other place we’ve stayed. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and disco ball. The grownups loved the isolation and peace once the kids were in bed! Also a brilliant location for exploring the national park. Would highly recommend.

Obsessed with this place! The house is impeccable, the landscaping is insane, and view is priceless. Will be back for sure. Was a great relaxing weekend jaunt from Los Angeles and caught a show at Pappy + Harriets. Highly recommended!

If you are like me and are scouring Airbnb for the perfect place to stay in Joshua Tree, look no further! I looked at SO MANY places and chose Leafe and Kat’s based on availability and them being pet friendly (traveling with 4 dogs is no easy task!). That was before I’d stayed here of course. Because now, we have infinite reasons to book this place! The property is exactly what we prefer: comfortable and cozy indoor space, with ample space to explore outside. The inside is by no means small, but rather the space is exactly what a couple, two couples, a small family, or my husband and I with our pack of 4 dogs would need. Great kitchen with lots of counter space. We loved all of the indoor plants! HUGE fenced yard that our pups had an absolute blast playing in. I appreciate that there were lots of cleaning supplies available for us to tidy up along the way. This was a stay to remember and omg do we hope this becomes our go-to vacation spot!

Absolutely Stunning Stay!! Our stay at Bedrock Bungalow/Cohost Company was Wonderful. The home was even more beautiful in person, with breathtaking views and every comfort we could ask for. We especially loved: - The pool and hot tub ,so relaxing after a day of exploring! - The cozy, ultra-comfortable beds - The dome area, such a cool touch! The space was thoughtfully designed, and clearly cared for. A huge thank you to Kate, our host, who communicated promptly, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in on us—we truly appreciated her attentiveness! We felt right at home and would love to visit again.

Booked this last minute and it was great! Super clean and spacious inside. Loved the special touches like the sonos system, robes and high end bath products. The cold plunge, spa and infrared sauna were all amazing as well. House is super clean and spacious!

Surrounded by nature in a very quiet neighborhood, this beautiful home was a welcome retreat. Amazing views from all rooms. The house was very clean and nicely designed with high end touches. Well stocked kitchen. A lot of care and thought went into the design and furnishings. My favorite feature was the door in the shower that opened to the outdoors. I would recommend The Desert Glass House to friends and I can't wait to visit again.

Such a beautifully designed house and interior. Really quiet spot and nice views of the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay as we felt so many things were thought about to make the stay relaxing. James was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!
