Condo holiday rentals in Jongno District

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

Super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--super close to all the hot spots in Itaewon but still on a quiet street. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Will book again if ever back in the area.

The space is bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable although the blanket was not super warm, the ondol floor heating was enough. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late check out when we asked! The location is also very convenient, although it is on a bit of a hill it’s not anything too terrible. Noryangjin station is a great area pretty center to everything, about 30min in all directions. Just some things to note though, it is in the basement level however so it’s very dark when you wake up. And for some reason when I put the address into Naver Maps, it brought me to the north of the station but that’s wrong. Make sure you are going south and it’s across the street from a 7-11!

Jung is the Host with the Most! I stayed 2 months and I felt like it was my own place. The area is away from the hustle and bustle. Mountains, temples, hiking trails, Mom and Pop stores and restaurants. I wanted the local feel. I felt like I found a community. Coco's for hair, Amazing Nails for amazing nails and a bulgogi shop next door run by a sweet family. Beautiful Hanoks, streets to explore and an open air market right next to Line 4 Sungshin Women's University Station (a 10 minute walk downhill if you don't stop every 5 meters to shop or get coffee). The station also connects to the Ui LRT. The Airiang Cine Center next door offers a cafe 10 meters door to door (say hi to Pak!) and a movie a theater that shows American movies in English! A modern flat with two bed rooms in an outstanding area. The End.

This place was such a great find for us. This is our 3rd time in Seoul, and this was hand down the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Location was awesome, close to Hogik exit 9, and the airport bus (RYSE hotel), it is also extremely close to the main Hongdae area. The apartment was clean, and had enough space for 2 people and luggages. We were here for 11days, and loved it. We will definitely look to book again when we're back in Seoul next.

Amazing spot! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. They proactively helped me find the place when I got lost, let me store my luggage and check in early. The space itself is clean and lovely--every amenity I could need down to cord adaptors and room fans. It was extremely comfortable, private, and felt very safe. The area is also super fun and beautiful with lots of places to explore, cute cafes, and yummy restaurants. I give it 5 stars because I would book this place again in a heartbeat, HOWEVER I should note the area can be quite loud. If you're a light sleeper, it's something to keep in mind!

The house was excellent. Extremely conveniently located to the bus, subway and airport bus. Since it’s so close to a university, there is plenty to eat and shop. Red moon was excellent host. Kind, communication was perfect and so accommodating: the air conditioning, the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend!

The house is an apartment that belongs to a good place in Korea, the host does his best to help, the environment inside the apartment has a lot of good convenience, I will stay again when I visit Korea again in winter,

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

Gwangu (the host) is very responsive in attending to our needs. He provided us with flat iron when we asked for it even though it was not in the list of amenities so thanks a lot for that! The actual place is as seen in the posted photos, though they can clean the laundry area a little more :) The area is also in a good location and very much walkable to Hongik University subway stn and bus stations.

Very quiet neighborhood but didn’t know it was that far from the city center approx 1.45mins but the place is homey and clean, very clear instructions and responsive. I just wished it had more pillows and smart tv as a foreigner we can’t understand all the shows. Netflix would be great. Overall I can come back again. Thanks Logan!

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

Awesome location. Right next to exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The room has a huge window and an amazing view! Host is super nice and respond to messages quick.

Great value for money accomodation in a nice residential feeling area but still with shops and restaurants. Exactly as described/photographs. walkable to station and even closer bus stops making exploring seoul very easy

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

The host provide a lot of information and clear instruction for check in procedure. The house is beautiful and clean. Extra towels were provide. My friends enjoyed watching Netflix at the house. We do have a memorial holiday in this place. Last but not least, I appreciate a lot because the host allow us to delay the check out time for an hour. We can have flexible time to pack our stuff and follow the instructions for final clean up.

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.
