It's on the 8th floor, with good airflow and easy ventilation!It can accommodate up to 4 people, catering to a variety of travel styles. Indoor washing machine, separate bath and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi. Disposable masks (manufactured in-house) and disposable slippers are available at the entrance. In the hallway, there is a toilet with a washlet, a unit bathroom, and a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener. The kitchen has stainless steel pots, tableware, seasonings (oligosaccharides, Bosco olive oil, simple vinegar, soy sauce made from whole soybeans from Fukuoka Prefecture, ajishio, shichimi, and pepper), and a refrigerator. The living room has a TV, microwave, rice cooker (for long-term guests), electric kettle, dining table, sofa, work space, double bed (1.4m x 2m), air conditioning, veranda and steam iron (available upon request). Please strictly adhere to the checkout time. (To ensure time for cleaning) If you are late: a late fee of 1,000 yen will be charged every 10 minutes via Airbnb. If cigarettes, e-cigarettes or smoking are discovered, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged and the police will be notified (report of damage). The loft is dangerous and therefore off limits. This is a two-story single-family home in Jonan Ward. The decor is new, so the room is beautiful. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from here to Naka Station. The Nanka Line is a direct line to Hakata and Tenjin. It is very convenient for anyone needing to use the subway. Restaurants and convenience stores are also close. There is parking space for 2 cars around the house, so it is very convenient for those who go by car. It is very suitable for families. There are two bedrooms. The bathroom is on the 1st floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are 2 TVs in the house, which is great for relaxing.
