We had a pleasant stay at this wonderful place with a great view. We felt comfortable and all had a great sleep there too. I recommend this place for a stay. 😇👌

The place was clean and neat. The check in was easy and fuss free. There was a video on how to get to the place and get the key card. Just follow the instructions and got to the place. My kids and parents loved the place. Only complaint was that as there were 7 of us staying there for 4 days, there was not enough trash bags and toilet paper to use. The owner also provided another key card as there were so many of us. Apart from that, the whole experience was an enjoyable one and my kids would like to come again.

This place is great for families who are visiting Legoland - it’s right opposite and you can opt to walk over instead of drive. The home is clean and tidy, the slide and themed toys are perfect to keep the kids happy and occupied. Definitely recommending this place to friends and families!

Hosts were really responsive and accomodating. They ensured a smooth check in and check out and was really understanding when we were unable to check out on time due to the lifts being too crowded. 10/10 would pick here again for my future stay in Johor as it is really close the custom and easy to access. The place matches the photos that they have provided as well.

The place was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials! We really appreciated that they had everything we needed for kids - from a baby bathtub and toys to even kids’ slippers. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with clear instructions provided. The room was clean, and the furniture was of high quality. The downsides were minor — the pillows were a bit too firm and the floor mats weren’t the absorbent type. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to families!

Great view of the sea, never expect the view was great. Big balcony. Lv 32. Tricky in finding the block, as most of the security guard cannot speak English or BM. Busy area as construction was going on. Even though we driving, but we took grab to move around, as no Halal or fast food restaurants at R&F Princess cove. (Sorry if there is, as I cannot locate any fast food chains during my stay there.) There 711, Jaya Grocer and Mama Shops for you to buy your essential items. Overall what Mr Teo advertised on his Air BNB 💯 % accurate.

The kids loved the apartment! Adults were able to sip coffee by the window while the kids played on the slides. It was like a mini indoor playground within the apartment!

The apartment looked like the picture. I love the views when i wake up in the morning. everything was available, except for toothbrush and toothpaste. Did not have time to use the gym but it’s very well-equipped. The team was also responsive when I needed help with the shower at 1am. It was a little confusing at first but after clarifying, it was ok. Thank you!

the instructions for self check in were crystal clear, which were really helpful since we arrived past midnight. the shower was great + the bed and smart TV were comfortable. catie was very friendly and responsive throughout. thank you :)

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so finding a good meal or a cosy spot for coffee was always convenient. The area felt lively yet not overcrowded, which was a great balance. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent working condition, which I really appreciated—everything functioned as it should, which isn’t always the case in every stay. From the shower to the appliances, everything was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall comfort. The host was also friendly and approachable. Will definitely return again!

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. Perfect location next to Legoland for the kids. Clean and comfy beds. Amazing water pressure which is very very important for me. Will def stay here again if we are back. Thank you!

Clean, spacious and comfortable.

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .

The apartment was amazing. We appreciated the effort they made to make it feel very welcoming. It was really a space that we felt we could just relax in not just a space to sleep. The facilities of the building were also well maintained with our favotires being the pool, sauna and the gym. Although we were only here for a weekend, we would definitely consider this for a much longer stay with the garden and BBQ pit adding to the fun. All together, this was truly a lovely holiday and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Teega. Thank you so much to our great hosts.
