In fact we love this neighborhood so much that we live one block over. You will also enjoy being centrally located. Connected Guest house . Off the beaten path on 5 acres located. 30 minutes from downtown Dallas and Ft. Worth. 15 miles from AT&T Stadium about 25 minutes. Warm feeling of a log cabin w/a queen bed. On request we also have a nice queen airbed with sheets for kids or adults for the total of 4. Also 1 of 2 Airbnb's on property.

We wanted a peaceful place to "chill out" and work while still being reasonably close to various grocery stores, etc. This place fit the bill and David was a great host. As much as I bugged him, he always responded within minutes and quick to fire up the hot tub when we requested. It's always nice to end the work day, even from a peaceful remote location with a soak in the hot tub. Thanks David! We will return when it is a little warmer and try out the pool next time.

We had a great time at Bob’s place. The location was great for us as we split time between Waco and Fort Worth. My only complaint, and it’s not really even a complaint as it is mentioned in the listing, but there were a lot of personal food items in the pantry and fridge that were not available to use. This definitely feels like a private residence just being used occasionally as an AirBnB which again is fine. I just wanted others to be aware. Other than that, we had a nice time and would likely stay again if back in that area!

We had a very comfortable stay in a great location to visit family in Ft Worth. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay, with plenty of room. We made good use of the kitchen. Didn’t manage to get into the hot tub this time, but love that as an amenity! The place worked very well for us as a family!
