Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.
