In this spacious and unique accommodation, a group of people staying here can feel comfortable. Amme-Villa is located 10 km from Tartu, right next to the Amme River, where 12 people - or more by agreement - can enjoy all the facilities of the house. On the first floor of the villa, there is a larger room with a bar for parties, a dining room next to it, as well as a kitchen and 2 toilets. On the second floor, there are separate rooms for working and sleeping. The house has Tulikivi fireplaces, and heating is available by agreement. The nature surrounding the villa is beautiful, and parking and access are convenient.

Kukuaru Aquarium

Enjoy this beautiful nature private and lovable home. We have three houses with kitchenettes overlooking the river. It accommodates 8 people in three separate houses. View from Kukuaru Aquarium and floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel like you are part of nature. You can also take a boat ride. Sauna is for a small extra fee. We have an outhouse. Fast Wi-Fi and bicycles. The journey from the railway station to us is a new light traffic road. We allow dogs for an additional fee and breakfast is available on request.

There's a hiking trail of 3 km which takes you around the lake through the amazing nature. In the summertime you can even go berry and mushroom picking. What could be more perfect than finishing off with a hot sauna and a quick refreshing dip into the lake!

The kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, water kettle, filter coffee machine. It also has pots, pans and basic cutlery. Apartment is automatically warm through floor heating.

Kalda talu is a cozy and comfortable summer house by the lake Peipus. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and it is also possible to tent in the yard. Nice private beach and a super place to spend your holiday! We are open from May to September.
