You'll definitely enjoy this apartment for a longer period of time. The 62-square-meter triangle, which was renovated in July 2023, is located in the grid plan area of Joensuu, which is a short walk to both the university and the services of the city center. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the elevator building. Amenities include a glazed balcony, an electric fireplace and fan lamp in the living room, a 55-inch smart TV, internet and a washing machine. For the smaller ones in the family, there's a travel cot, a potty, and toys.

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If needed, we can also convert the sofa bed in the fireplace room into a bed (80 x 200 cm). Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

From your own dock, you can take a dip in the water! Tennis/small game court in the yard. This place is perfect for both relaxation and active holidays – close to skiing and outdoor trails. If necessary, ask for an extra bed!
