To the sandy beach, hot tub, and pipe sauna is only 40m, which also offers a wonderful view of the sea and the starry sky. In the dark, the garden offers eye-catching tree lighting. A beach house is an independent house that is located on the same property as a family summer house, but no one lives there while renting out. Both houses are limited to private space.

Guests can enjoy the historical Tallinn in the day time and sauna and grilling in the house at night. The house has big yard for children to play around, big balacony to take sun and Pirita river just next to the house for swimming. For children we have some toys, playstation, board games and more. 2 cosy studios under the pine forest and 50 m from the sandy beach. A wonderful place for recovery and relaxation. Located 35 km from Tallinn, away from the hustle and bustle. The studios are on the villa's ground floor, our home is on the next floor. Both studios have separate entrances and both have a serene view. This studio is with a forest view and also with partial sea view.
