Holiday rentals with a patio in Joe Pool Lake

What can I say, except WOW! This place was fantastic! Beautiful apartment and perfectly furnished with high quality appliances & furniture. The attached garage is amazing too. The place feels like a small house. Highly recommended! The hosts were very helpful & responsive at all times. Definitely one of the best AirBNB's in DFW!

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

Very nice, clean place. Super comfortable had all the utensils i needed. Stocked, had nice, clean towels and shampoo. Parking was very easy. Loved that the actual room wasn’t too hard to find and right there basically at the front gate door. Host was very welcoming, making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Loved the place will definitely be back !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

I would 10000% stay here again As a single woman traveling I felt so safe here. I was able to use the gym and pool which were gorgeous, and could walk across the street to get groceries !

Place was amazing location and walkable to nearby restaurants and bike share. Incredible value for its location cleanliness and amazing smell :) Host was kind and very accommodation to requests made and quick for response. Would absolutely return here should I go back to Fort Worth!

Highly recommend! Macey was a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly. Her home is spotlessly clean and feels spacious and peaceful, with a perfect layout for traveling with friends or family. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice outdoor patio and private backyard. has a nice covered patio and Easy instructions for check in and check out. We really enjoyed our relaxing long weekend and hope to return.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

Amazing place, very nice, clean and just a short uber to many excellent places.

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

I think Allen’s best “selling point” is location. It is a quiet residential area. No question or hesitation about security. Plus: you get a garage with electronic door opener. So even parking is absolutely secure. But one warning; the garage is a bit short. We parked a Honda CRV in there and only had about an inch or to spare. If your vehicle is longer than mine, you should check with Allen. But, for us it was fine! No problem. A few small shops and restaurants within some walking distance, although we drove. House was small, of course, but clean and pleasant. One oddity: a very large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Bigger than the kitchen, I bet, though I did not measure it so I may be exaggerating. Well done, Allen.

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for our host Laura who made sure we were all set and all ours needs were met.

LOVED staying here! We had a last minute cancellation from another host and we were having to find somewhere to accommodate us super quickly from flying in that next morning with our daughter who had local medical appointments and they were SO accommodating and helpful in getting us booked quickly! This place is so clean, really quiet area and super friendly hosts! We will be back next time we’re in Texas!
