The location is close, a 2-minute drive to the entertainment area in Ramat Yishai (cafes, restaurants, shopping centre), and also a starting point for any hiking trail in the Jezreel Valley and Ramot Menashe. ** There are cats in the yard that you don't need to worry about - however, the house will not be suitable for those who are allergic or who don't like cats
