The living room has a direct exit to the terrace. Bathroom with shower. There are two rooms upstairs. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Each room has air conditioning, clothes hangers, a dresser. Parking. There is a sauna on the premises. There is also a barbecue, terrace furniture, sun loungers. The entire plot is fenced.

Nearby there are two lakes Gieret (about 700 meters) and Pomerania (about 400 meters). The property is year-round.
