Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. The Sandy Bay Beach-front Home is a beautiful "island-style" recently renovated, private residence with just under 2000 SF of open floor plan and 90 ft of beach front with great snorkeling just steps away. Great location and just a 15 minute walk outside of town center.
