The house is great. It's a small room with a kitchen and bathroom that has a small balcony. I was there in May and it was excellent. It's not noisy. The space was very clean and the owner of the place is super kind. It made entry and exit more flexible for convenience. He always responded quickly to everything I asked. Very kind and attentive. The shower is excellent. Very tasty and easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is very comfy. The blackout shades darken the room well. I have nothing to complain about. For me it was perfect. But if you need a large refrigerator, the apartment only has a small minibar (which was enough for me).

Everything was lovely, nice modern apartment and good location in Nueva Cordoba. Great internet speeds too so ideal for working. I enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

It is very well located, in a central and safe area, ideal if you are without vehicles. Paula was flexible with schedules and always responded with a very good attitude. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Some basic things were missing (floor cloth, for example) all solvable. Value for money, recommended.

Very good location to get to know Córdoba Capital and its historical attractions. I'm going to visit my children and the apartment was excellent. The shower and bed 10 points. Michele is also very kind and attentive. Thank you!

The location is excellent, the building is quite old, as is the elevator, but the apartment is very well renovated. Super comfortable, very well used spaces, I went because I wanted a quiet place to study and it has some "studio" or "home office" spaces that I thought were excellent. The apartment is very well lit, it is comfortable, value for money 10/10. The only thing I didn't like was the hygiene of the bathroom and the patio (which I understand must also be more difficult to maintain). Other than that, I liked it, I'll go again

We were travelling as a group of 9 to attend a world championship event in Cordoba. The house was the perfect base for our twelve day stay. We all had plenty of space. The kitchen was well set up to cook meals at home. We loved jumping into the pool after long hot days in the sun competing. Our host Tony was amazing, helping us out with anything we needed!

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

The house is big and very comfortable. Daniel was always very attentive and the area is spectacular. The barbecue, the view and the garden are UNMISSABLE!

The place is in excellent condition, clean and has a perfect location for walking along the waterfront. The host always helped us with what we needed, very attentive to making sure the stay was 10 points.

Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

A beautiful house, well-equipped and above all very comfortable, very cozy. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the river water. The house is even nicer in person, it feels good to be there, but the best part of the whole stay is Marina and Luna (the host and her kitten). They make you feel like it's your home

Comfortable place 13 minute walk from the heart of capilla, plenty of peace in this place. Ended a meditation course and this served as my base for a week and I have no regrets. Enjoyed.

The apartment's location is 10, we get around on foot, very close to everything. It's very nice, clean and tidy. The balcony is beautiful. The only observation is that my son slept on the couch and it was a little hard, but that's all. Our stay was perfect. Thank you very much

The apartment matches the pictures, it was in impeccable condition. Excellent location for walking and touring Villa Carlos Paz, many attractions nearby. We felt very safe in the area at all times. As for Edgar, he was willing to seek a solution at all times. I would honestly choose said stay again at another time. Highly recommended.

The apartment is comfortable, it is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need, José was very kind and was always attentive to our needs.

Everything was a ten, very luxurious and beautiful. I went with my wife on vacation. The only thing was that the garage was very small, my car just fit in. I have a Fiat Cronos and I had to close the mirrors for the car to fit. I know that in Cordoba they are used to driving well and they must be used to the reduced space in the garage, but the truth is that it is an excellent place. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts who went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. I found their communication to be clear and reasonable. Its a pretty good location with a gym right next door. I appreciate the efforts to teach me some Spanish too!
