Hello. This is the accommodation "Soan". It is prepared for those who want to rest in a quiet space while listening to the sound of birds. Transportation is very convenient. It is a safe, clean accommodation. It's in an old villa, so it can't be as perfect as a hotel. If you're okay, please stop by. We will do our best to make sure you can come and relax. There is a river and a promenade 1 minute away from the apartment. There is a bus stop, convenience store within a 30-second walk, and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk. If you take a city bus once, you can go to Jungang Market, Chodang, and Anmok Beach. Myeongju-dong (cafe street) is a 10-minute walk away. The host lives nearby, so you can easily contact them at any time. * Check-in is after 3pm, check-out is 11am. * Pets are not allowed due to accommodation circumstances. 😢 *For those who stay for more than 10 days, we charge a separate utility bill as much as you use.

This condo overlooking the 12th floor slope of the main building has 1 large bedroom, 2 small living rooms, 2 ondol rooms, and 2 bathrooms. Roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee, and head to the balcony to watch the clouds flow over the mountains toward the sea. You spend your afternoon swimming, laying around, and exploring the area. You discover an amazing seafood restaurant to cap off your day at the beach. That sinfully delicious chocolate cake at the corner bakery will go so well with the nice bottle of red wine. On the balcony again to watch the sun set behind the mountains, the scenery fades. Tomorrow, you'll visit there.
