My previous booking was cancelled last minute due to a flood and Serena came to the rescue. I had rented the airbnb to use for my husband and I the night of our wedding and she was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and the apartment was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked amazing. Everything was great.

We had a nice stay for a trip visiting Whiskey Row right down the street. If you are looking for walkability this is your place. Bed was comfortable.

My family had a great stay at this beautifully furnished home. It is centrally located within the pristine Norton Commons community, and it is close to many shops and restaurants. Great place to make home base for a trip to Louisville!

My Husband and I booked this home extremely last minute and were pleasantly surprised with both the flexibility of the host. As for the home, it was very well appointed and we felt very comfortable.

A beautiful home that is well designed, intentional, and flavorful in the best way. Art everywhere both inside and out, family photos, excellent décor, an entire room dedicated to feats of baseball, and a master bedroom dedicated to feats of... love. Right like it says on the pillow. Hosts were super communicative, helpful and easy to work with, don't be intimidated by the rules and regulations sheet. Yes, it's longer than a Tolkien manuscript but it is entirely reasonable and ultimately you are dealing with good nice humans who don't want people doing 360 kickflips off their hot tub deck while shooting off fireworks. Pro tip: If you use the hot tub in the morning and you are chill about it, you might see a Cardinal and/or a Blue Jay in the nearby trees 🐦

Love the location, close to all the interstates. was very pleased with the host. got back to me within 10 minutes every time I had questions related to check in or travel didn’t have any issues while I was staying at the location. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Was very pleased with all the amenities in the comfort of the beds in the TVs in every room, which was a very major plus in making my decision to stay with Toni. Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

Condo was very nice and met all our needs for a few days. Condo is in walking distance to some great restaurants and there is a great coffee shop down on the corner. Only negative is the noise that you can hear from the outside if you are there on a Friday or Saturday night. We stayed on a Thursday and a Friday and the noise was considerably louder on Friday due to some clubs located close by and the increased traffic. However; we did not hold this against John as he cannot control the outside noise. Just be prepared if you are a light sleeper or have small children.

This place is great if you need to be close to events around 4th street. Spacious and good for family groups and the pizza restaurant on the street level is amazing.

John’s place was perfect for our stay in Louisville! Right downtown and close to many restaurant, bars, and more. John was a great host, very communicative, and proactively provided very helpful instructions.

Perfect! We initially picked this listing because we thought the pictures looked interesting, and it did not disappoint. It was so, so beautiful! There is a complicated check-in process, but the host was so gracious and basically walked us through every single step. If we're in Louisville again we will definitely be staying here, and you should too!
