Kymberli’s place is just as she described. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee out there in the morning. Ideal location, walkable to lots of places, including restaurants and the Big 4 walking bridge.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Had everything I needed and host was very helpful and responsive.

Excellent value and I would rent this property again when we are in town. Host was very flexible and attentive. When there was a maintenance issue with the pool the host and the apartment complex handled it quickly with constant communication. The pool and the common area were clean and free of clutter etc.

Very spacious apartment with ample parking. Very dog friendly, as the unit is right next to the fenced in dog run area. Within 10 min drive to grocery stores and a few fast food restaurants. 15 min to Norton Clark and about 20 to 25 min to the downtown UofL and Norton hospitals depending on traffic.

Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

Immaculate Stay in a Perfect Location! The condominium was spotless upon arrival, and Kristin went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful welcome gift with drinks and snacks. If you have business downtown—whether at the hotels or conference centers—this is the ideal spot. We didn’t move our car once during our stay; everything, including great food options, is within a two-block walk. Super convenient and highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. We will be moving to Kentucky next year and have things to do. Thank-you so much for the hospitality. Peter and Sandy F.

Condo was very nice and met all our needs for a few days. Condo is in walking distance to some great restaurants and there is a great coffee shop down on the corner. Only negative is the noise that you can hear from the outside if you are there on a Friday or Saturday night. We stayed on a Thursday and a Friday and the noise was considerably louder on Friday due to some clubs located close by and the increased traffic. However; we did not hold this against John as he cannot control the outside noise. Just be prepared if you are a light sleeper or have small children.

Our stay was great! Great location! Great living experience! Great host! The place was very clean and well kept. The rental description was spot on to the actual condo. We would highly recommend staying at this location. Kevin was easy to work with and very easy going. Thanks again Kevin!

Jennifer was a great host! We were in town for a 2 day wrestling tournament. We had an unfortunate storm that knocked out power in the area on Friday night and then the power was still not back on Saturday evening when we were going to return to the place. Jennifer was amazing and refunded the cost of the place so we could get hotel rooms with power and get all 8 of us showered and rested to go back to the tournament on Sunday. This was above and beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the understanding of the situation.

Scott’s place was great. Perfectly located, spacious, clean, cozy, comfy beds, remodeled bathrooms and a great rooftop for early morning coffees or a nightcap before bed. There was a significant amount of attention to little details that made our stay just that much better—fresh full ice bin, cold waters in the fridge, full pods for the Keurig, extra towels, extra pillows and blankets—everything you might need. Thanks again Scott—it was a seamless stay. So stop searching…this is the one!

Pablo’s place was a great place to relax with lots of space! He was extremely responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay! I can’t recommend staying here enough.

Our family celebrated Christmas here. It was perfect for a family gathering. Was close to restaurants/ stores etc. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our large family and the ping pong table was a big hit. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our family dinners. Nice fenced in yard for my daughter’s dog and a nice back deck (even though it was too cold for us to enjoy,) there were several extra chairs supplied for our sit down meals. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The heated pool was a total highlight— it did not disappoint! It was perfect for our whole family, with plenty of space for everyone to splash around and have fun. The property itself was spacious and comfortable, making our family celebration truly special. We enjoyed every second of our stay and can’t wait to return for future gatherings. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, comfy and cozy house with lots of space and everything you need. Loved the basement for the kids to play! The shower head was luxurious! Close to lots of shops and Abigail made the stay so effortless for us. Highly recommend her place.

This home was beautifully renovated and fun with the spiral staircase! It was hidden away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything too. Their home had everything we needed and she left us some special treats to try out and take. My 3 girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay and it was great having the 4 bedrooms so we each had our own! We will definitely want to stay here the next time we come this way! Thank you!! My Old Kentucky Home is a very fitting name for this property. Spectacular old house that has been tastefully update & decorated, free of clutter & made us feel right at home. The property was exceptionally clean & it is obvious the hosts took pride in the place. Jenny & Brent were amazingly fast to respond & even reached out to make sure we were good. They went above & beyond when the power was out, even though it was out of their control. We chose this place based on proximity to dining & shopping but would recommend it for a peaceful getaway. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space & space to lounge & chill inside ... & feel like you are at home. Highly recommended!
