The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 4 beds, on two double beds. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a toilet. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The whole is crowned with a fireplace, which serves as a decoration and a heating unit on cold days. On request, we also offer daily cleaning, linen and towel change.

It is a great base for hiking, biking trails, and long walks . For those who love sightseeing, we recommend Książ Castle and the Palm House, while for our youngest guests, there is a rope park and a toboggan run just 9 km (5.6 miles) away. This unique place has its own style that will be remembered. The house where the room is located is over 140 years old. In the past, there was a summer kitchen here where preserves were prepared, which were stored for the winter, bread and cakes were baked. The space is specific with characteristic arches for construction in Lower Silesia.
