Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (operating from 15.06 to 15.09), a private sauna, a special room for children "base", a beautiful view from the balcony, a barbecue cottage, bicycle spaces, access to the washing machine. In the vicinity of the complex, there is a ski slope and in the vicinity there is a restaurant, shop, horse stables, a Music Shepherd's Club, a Gully Homole, and in the vicinity of Štawnica, there are some attractions.

A small cottage located on a hill in the center of Beskid Sądecki, in the picturesque Poprad Valley - the river dividing the Beskid into the Radziejowa Range and Jaworzyna Krynicka. Piwniczna-Zdrój, as a great starting point for mountain hikes, boasts a multitude of hiking and cycling trails. Piwniczna is a town and nearby mountain trails without crowds and noise. The cottage is reached by an asphalt and concrete road - from the main road uphill for about 800 meters. The center is 3.5 km away by car.

The mountain cottage is located in the village of Knurów (13 km from Nowy Targ and 15 km from Białka Tatrzańska). The cottage is located in the buffer zone of the Gorce Park near the Dunajec River. It is an ideal alternative for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and be able to relax in the area surrounded by a mountain range. The mountain cottage is primarily a good starting point for sports (i.e. mountain trips, rafting on the Dunajec river, cycling and skiing).
