Puas sekali menghabiskan libur panjang bersama keluarga disini. Cocok untuk manusia-manusia yang selalu dikelilingi hiruk pikuk ramainya kota. Akses yang mudah ke pantai, makanan yang tak kalah enak dari restoran bintang 5, dan juga Mba Nita serta keluarga yang menerima kedatangan kami dengan penuh kehangatan, meninggalkan kesan baik tersendiri di hati kami. Terima kasih banyak. Semoga kami bisa berkunjung kembali ke Roemah Pulomanuk. Maafkan kami sekeluarga apabila selama singgah di Roemah Pulomanuk, ada salah baik kata atau perilaku. Sehat selalu!

Villa ligt op een prachtige privé lokatie, direct aan zee. Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Vooral de toewijding en hulpvaardigheid van Jahadi is geweldig. Vooral de heerlijke maaltijden die zijn vrouw en hij klaarmaken op verzoek zijn geweldig. Als je even helemaal wilt ontspannen dan is dit een perfecte plek. Ook de warung aan de overkant van de straat ( nasi Risky ) is een bezoek meer dan waard. Kan deze accommodatie met enthousiasme aanraden.

nice villa, especially for those looking for beachfront villa. There is a barbeque stand, a lot of chairs to sit together. Well-functioned air conditioner and shower.

We enjoyed our stay at Dedi’s place! It is very clean,the aircon is cold and the water heater works out well (we stayed at this apartment many times with different hosts and find most of the property’s water heater doesn’t work out well) So we’re glad we found Dedi’s place and recommend it to anyone looking a place to stay in PIK area

Outstanding place. Easy to find if you have Google maps, check in easy, host responsive when we had a slight issue (resolved within an hour). Onsite staff polite and helpful. Beach hotel and bar 5 mins drive is brilliant for a large pool, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a beer or cocktail too! Jet ski hire, boat rides and ATV hire 5 minutes away. Great place to relax. Could not have wished for a nicer experience.

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. Thank you!

The host Pak Dino and housekeepers are friendly and very accommodating. The bungalow is very clean even the swimming pool. The food is good and their breakfast bread is a steal! They make it fresh daily. Love the beach and we have a very pleasant stay here. Thank you

1. Nice access to the beach. The beach is quite clean and relatively not as crowded as the ones in Anyer, or even other nearby Carita beaches. 2. Outstanding view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean is just relaxing. 3. Since it is located on the third floor, we won't be bothered by the local peddlers trying to offer us things. Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. Most importantly, the host is helpful and responsive. Thanks to Mas Fajar for hosting us.

Proses self check-in mudah, pentunjuknya jelas, ka Christin membantu dan menjawab dengan segala pertanyaan sy. parkir mobil ada 2 bagian, basement 2 lantai [berbayar perjam/bisa jd member perbulan..ada akses lift ke lobi dari basement] dan valet diluar gedung berbayar dekat pintu keluar gate 1. Unitnya bersih tp bukan yg spotless gitu, wangi dan kasur bersih. AC dingin. di kasih 5 handuk. alat masak cukup memadai tp ga ada magicom. galon aqua di kasih 2. kulkas berfungsi dan dingin. ada water heater, air di toilet dan sink kenceng. tv bisa netflix tp pake akun sendiri yaa. Selama sewa di tempat ka Christin kita nyaman kalo bosan bisa ke mall sebelah liat laut, pas depan lobi ada jembatan ke mall. worth the money 👌 untuk unit ka Christin yg sudah all in per bulan kecuali parkir termasuk murah sihh.. thank you so much kakk ❣️ sukses selalu. untuk yg mobil gede mungkin rada susah dpat parkir di basement soalnya kalo udh malam full sampe parallel parking jd sempit banget..

Perfekte Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin vor allem Herr Karmin! Leider ist die Ausstattung sind nach einigen Jahren sehr abgenutzt. Ansonsten ist sehr empfehlenswert für die ganze Familie, dort sich zu erholen! Vielen Dank :)

Tempatnya bagus walaupun bangunan nya cukup tua..wifi kenceng.bisa netflix android tv nya ok banget.anak2 habis berenang di pantai bisa makan sambil nonton....fasilitas ok.air kamar mandi lancar.ada alat masak ckp lah...tapi kompor listriknya kadang suka error.. hanya 1 ac kamar nya gk dingin.kamar yang satunya dingin bgt... suasana nyaman ... pantai bersih ada petugas yg bersihin klo pagi2.. banyak yg jualan.cukup agak maksa...tp gk apa beli seperlunya bantu bantu ekonomi mereka..pijit bayar 20rb 30mnt...mayan buat ilangin pegel semoga bu indy dan penjaganya pak zaki bisa memaintenance dengan baik. kami pasti balik kesana lagi.anak2 suka. bgt...

Bersih, tenang krn berada di lantai atas jd tidak diganggu oleh warga sekitar yg terus menawarkan dagangannya. Hanya dua point yg sy ingin sampaikan ke ke owner untuk apt nya: 1. ac yg di kamar seberang kamar mandi bocor jd harus kita tampung airnya dengan baskom, dan itu sangat mengganggu untuk tidur dimalam hari karena titik2 air yg jatuh ke ember berisik sepanjang malam serta mengganggu kegiatan dikamar. overall ac dingin tidak masalah 2. Selang pancur air untuk toilet sudah hampir patah sehingga tidak bisa dipakai krn air muncrat kemana mana. Itu saja sedikit masukkan dari kami. sy merecomendasikan apt ini bila ada yg ingin menyewa, lsg menghadap pantai yg bersih dan luas. Ranjang banyak, didepan kamar tamu juga ada spring bed untuk yg ingin tidur diselingi deburan ombak. dua sofa bisa dijadikan juga tempat tidur. Semoga dengan diperbaikinya masalah diatas bisa lebih memberikan kenyamanan yg sempurna untuk penyewa. Thank you so much Nick.

We had a wonderful stay in tidung lagoon. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Meals was served 3x a day. Our room was surrounded by crystal clear ocean water. with warm pleasant temperature. Easy to dip in even in the early morning. Spots for snorkelling was just outside the room. Room was basic, but we had a very good sleep with all windows open with natural breeze and the sound of the ocean very relaxing.
