Camille's house, completely renovated, in the heart of a wine village. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (2 x 80 cm) 2 single bedrooms. 1 bathroom with toilet. garden with terrace, fully enclosed, allowing to park several vehicles. 100 m from the butcher shop and a bar-restaurant, Sancerre is a 10-minute drive away.

At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Visite des domaines viticoles avec dégutation à 200 mètres du gîte. Un branchement pour voiture électrique /hybride est disponible sur demande et moyennant participation de 10€ par jour.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
