It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois 5kms from the Loire route by bike. Village church classified as a historical monument. Visit of the wineries with degutation 200 meters from the cottage. An electric /hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €10 per day.
