Hotel holiday rentals in Jarretaderas

We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Ahuq fue molesto lo de las escaleras Se recompensó con el fabuloso balcón q nos tocó y valió la pena con una vista tan agradable todo el personal muy agradable y muy amable siempre al pendiente y sobre todo muy limpio Espero regresar pronto amo Vallarta

This was such a cozy pretty charming Mexican space. The property was very nice and well cared for. Rooms spaced out nicely all around the massive pool. The upstairs room was also large and clean with a beautiful bathroom. This is very indoor/outdoor living with an open air “window” and open air shower. Our only complaint was the location in La Cruz is very noisy at night. You can hear live music from nearby parties/bars and road/traffic noise throughout the night. Bring your own shower products because they only provided shampoo and bar soap.

Fantastic unit with incredible views. There were no photos of the rooftop infinity pool in this listing and it is absolutely amazing. Huge selling point. The balcony is huge and had a great time enjoying my mornings out there. Location is just removed enough from the chaos but a five minute walk gets you there. They are building a high rise across the street so we did have construction noise the entire time but that was ok. I enjoy cooking on vacation and there were not basic spices or anything to cook with, so I had to buy that but again minor. Loved this place!!

Our family had an incredible time at Salvador’s place. The apartment was nice and big, and very clean, with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing when you go to sleep at night. The property is beautiful and you can access all the resort amenities. It was lovely to be able to stay on the resort some days and venture out into the surrounding area on others. The staff was super kind and helpful. Our three kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

I’ve loved Velas Vallarta place since I was a kid, the service is great and the atmosphere there is nice

Execelente ubicación, personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación era tal cual las fotos, muy bonita la piscina con su vista ❤️

El lugar no es el mas nuevo o mas moderno perooo si esta en excelentes condiciones, la alberca esta gigante y disfrutas con un horario bastante amplio, muy cerca de la playa pero tambien te queda a 10 mim el malecon pasan camiones, y taxis enfrete por si te quieres trasladar de forma mas barata. Y lo mas bonito es que es libre para mascotas. Pocos hoteles te ofrecen el servicio y esta impecable a pesar de que hay mascotas en el hotel. Y el restaurante que tiene dentro esta delicioso se llama Un Café Porfavor y es batato y rico eso si su horario es hasta las 3 de la atrde. Si lo recomiendo 100 %

The location is perfect! We are a group of moms who wanted to have a quiet escape for a few days while not feeling isolated. The views were breathtaking! Spacious and the space provided everything you could possibly need.

Extremely beautiful property with plenty of activities to fill your days. Stephen was very helpful with booking process and responsive with any questions we had about the property. Would definitely go back again!

The Grand Luxxe is a beautiful hotel with pools, beaches, and restaurants all over the ground of Viadanta. Viadanta is so large I would consider it a city inside the city of Nuevo Vallarta. As you drive around the shuttles on the grounds it feels like you are at “Jurassic park” the movie. There is night life for adults, and endless activities for kids. The staff gives 5 star services for everything! Tatiana is a 5 star host that had everything set up for us to just arrive. It is so hassle free I was nervous there was more I needed to do, but just trust that she has taken care of everything and it will work out.

Place is great and Jed attention to every question is also great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Palmar. Marcie was so easy to work with, and made it simple to Airbnb a room at the resort. I would highly recommend booking through her.

Casa muy cómoda, cerca lugar para comprar de alimentos, la alberca muy accesible y limpia. Casa amplia para los que estuvimos ahí, Jack propietario, y Alex su vecino muy atentos a lo que ocupábamos

Liz fue muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos recibió sin problemas. La casa estaba muy linda, muy limpia con aire acondicionado y el baño muy completo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

The unit did not have a kitchen, but there was a studio across the hall, which was a little extra money $4400 pesos for 2 weeks. This unit is advertised with the kitchen, but does not have one and I believe it might be just a translation error? Felipe can understand and speak English, but speaking Spanish is very helpful as some things got lost in translation 😜 I really enjoyed our conversations 😊

Amazing place - very happy to get ocean view! You really can't beat this resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, pools are amazing, food is above average and the new Gondola and amusement park were very nice. Will definitely go back again.

Everything to do with our stay was perfect, from the hosts to the gorgeous casita. The thoughtfulness of every detail was so appreciated. They thought of everything. We had our two dogs with us and they were welcomed like family members. The views are beautiful, the grounds exquisite and the casita is perfection. The attention to detail shows that the property is a labor of love. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.
