A haven of peace between Orléans and Pithiviers, situated in a 22-hectare clearing in the Orléans forest, adjacent to our home. The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Beaugency, family home with Loire view

Old house, completely renovated, with a view of the Loire from all rooms. Access to the city center 200 meters away (all shops and restaurants), Loire by bike, walks... Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Le logement privatif avec sa literie haut de gamme et wifi dispose d’un agréable jardin avec vue sur la Sologne. Fait partie des communs d'un château privé en rénovation, centre-bourg à 5min en voiture ou 10min en vélo, randonnées et pistes cyclables, châteaux de la Loire (Chambord 40min), proche Orléans.
