The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Beaugency, family home with Loire view

Old house, completely renovated, with a view of the Loire from all rooms. Access to the city center 200 meters away (all shops and restaurants), Loire by bike, walks... Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Vous pourrez profiter d'un très grand espace de vie séjour/salon climatisé, d'une cuisine ouverte, ainsi que de 7 chambres comprenant 5 lits doubles et 5 lits simples. Une grande terrasse donne sur un terrain avec jeux pour enfants, trampoline et tennis de table. A l'arrière du gîte, avec une grande vue dégagée, une deuxième terrasse couverte abrite un espace détente avec un spa 6 personnes. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.

We designed and built the Maison des Cordelles in a spirit of ecology, and sought to create a healthy living space. Built in wood, it is bright, comfortable in all seasons and environmentally friendly. Max capacity 4 guests and 1 baby. The house is located at the gates of Orléans, on the "Loire by bike" route and close to Sologne. Close to the city center, La Source, La Comet etc... Come and discover this unique site. Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path "Transiberia». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charm, calm and a change of scenery characterize this place.
