The Experience could not have been better. Santiago is the most amazing host! I felt like it was my second home. Anything I needed he was right there to help and he incredibly friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that he had a 5 liter bottle of water for me to get me started. I had everything I needed all of the passwords, detailed instructions with photos. The home is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. the private patio is wonderful to have your coffee or to sit and relax with a glass of wine in the evening. I will stay at this home again and again for every trip. It's my home away from home

The apartment is as described in the photos, it is very comfortable and was clean upon arrival. The bed is very comfortable and you have everything you need to spend a few quiet days. Lili is always very attentive and always on the lookout, and she also helped us when we forgot something in the apartment. I highly recommend it, it's the 3rd time we've stayed with Lili and we'll definitely be back.

We were allowed to enter before check-in and leave a little after check-out and we are infinitely grateful. We have nothing but good things to say. Águeda was a ten host: attentive, friendly, super flexible and always aware that everything was perfect. From the first message until we said goodbye, everything flowed amazing. You can tell that you love every detail. The house is a jewel: comfortable, well equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: nothing from the center of Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to make tomas in the surroundings. Everything was perfect, excellent communication, clean and comfortable place

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

This was a quiet and serene place to come back to after exploring the city.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

It was an incredible stay, from the beginning Luis allowed us to leave our luggage while he was checking in. The place is super safe, and if you go to a convention at the WTC, the entrance is just across the street. Everything was perfect!!!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!
