Beachfront holiday rental in Japariz beach

My family and I loved the location and the space, everything was great! We had unforeseen events with the microwave, which didn't work when we went to heat up food for the baby, so I notified Mr. Rodrigo, who was attentive and offered to provide another one quickly! We took a speedboat ride from the beach itself, we had beautiful days! We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return !! Nothing shown in the photos was different from reality! Oh, I can't forget the Kayaks and the stand up paddleboards that are from the house, people, it's delicious, we love it!

The house is wonderful and cozy, you can really see that it was made with great affection. The atmosphere is cozy. The shower is wonderful, the water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The house is close to a beach without calm waves, which has several boats and the look is wonderful with the hills in the background. Very quiet. What could improve: BBQ (no barbecue on the beach is a crime because the neighbors do it all the time and we get the smell only😂) Also have black out in the room, as the light of the post is right in front of the house. We love getting to know Maria Helena, very nice, good astral. It welcomed us very well and made us very comfortable. Very proactive and responded very quickly. The house is pleasant, it makes us feel more contact with nature and the view is beautiful. Very quiet place and quiet. The house was well clean, linen and towels neatly clean. We were by car, and it was very quiet to move to the town of Paraty and Trindade.

I went with my boyfriend and our stay was quite pleasant, let's remember with affection. The environment is quiet, has good space, comfortable bed, well clean bathroom and a lovely sea view. The countryside of the region is very beautiful and worth a boat ride. We went without a car and managed to walk to two beaches, but by car there are more options. Lívio and his family were friendly and helpful. We are happy with the trip and the accommodation. Finally, it is a great option to relax and rest.

The house is very spacious and well holds a large group of people, the outdoor area is good and functional, with a beautiful view of the beach. The living room sofa is super comfortable and spacious, the television is of the latest generation with free channels. The kitchen has several utensils and we do not miss anything. The house is in a pleasant condominium where we feel safe and which has several facilities such as market, bakery and cellars. It is close to the marina and makes it much easier for those who go on walks.

Excellent the house. All the very good rooms. All with sweeping and sea view. Clean Bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. The view of the room is a spectacle. Breakfasts are amazing. The aquarium is also a show apart. A great common area. Always clean pool. There we rent jet ski to spend the day. Supermercado and pharmacy. The diarista is super solicitous. Anyway.. everything was great!

This house was stunning. Jaw dropped the second we walked in. Vivi and Lena were not only attentive, but so kind, and helpful. Lena (the chef) made FANTASTIC meals throughout the stay. Vivi made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us find a burger place for a late night meal. I would go back just to see them again, as well as to swim in the lovely ocean, of courae. Highly recommend this beautiful home. It exudes tranquility.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

We had four wonderful days with the family, the friends of our eldest daughter (13 years) and their parents. In the end, no one wanted to leave. Highlight more than deserved for Katiane and Hossana, who ran the kitchen always with a big smile and a lot of sympathy.

We love the apartment. The condo is very quiet and well located, but it does not have much night activity, but it is easy to get a delivery or a 99 to get around. Jaime and Mariza were very attentive and responded promptly. We will definitely return.

She explained to us all the details of the house and remained available for any questions throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Access to the property is easy and close to the highway. Although the road is dirt, it was in great condition, with recent maintenance, which ensured a smooth and smooth commute. The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. It was 12 unforgettable days at home DolceFarNiente. We were 7 people and the listing was perfect. We adopted Zezé & Adam into the family and the result was great. She is a super cook and is open to suggest and learn new menus. She says “pass me the recipe I make”. The simplicity of the couple has captivated us! Rodrigo tb was super helpful on the speedboat ride. Located in Angra, the boat trip through the islands has to take place. Anyway, the Germans enjoyed their days in Angra a lot.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s truly a special place away from the bustling city. The host was AMAZING. She coordinated travel between cars, boats, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great experience. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Casarão Corumbê, we were very well received by the host and very well served by the staff of the house, always very kind, helpful and polite. Casa always clean and well cared for, has a very nice swimming pool that added a lot in our stay. Beautiful view of the house!

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, rooms with air conditioning and equipped kitchen. Ocean front. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because it's accessed by the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Very close to the house parties, this can be a little annoying for people very sensitive to noise, in our case particularly it was not a problem there is already a rear room with private bathroom and double door where almost nothing is heard. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila the girl who takes care of the house is very friendly and attentive. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! Beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.
