Beachfront holiday rental in Japariz beach

It is already the sixth or seventh time we have stayed. Hosts Fernando and Rita are great. The place is wonderful. Great for those who want to rest and renew the energy!

Alex is a very attentive person, very friendly and always willing to help in everything.. super great host..!

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

We stayed in the feriadão of April and left very satisfied. The apartment is very functional and very located. It is facing the sandy strip and leisure area. It was a great experience. We intend to return soon. The host, Luciano, always very helpful to our demands, contributed to the success of our stay.

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Our experience hosting at Praia do Bonfim was simply charming! The place is cozy, well cared for and with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The beach is delicious! Águas Calmas, ideal for families with children. From the first contact, host Marisa was extremely attentive, always available to help us with local tips and make sure everything was perfect during the stay. His sympathy and care made all the difference. Without a doubt, a place we recommend and want to return!

Fabio’s place is amazing! Great quality towels(I could smell the softener 😅) the place is super clean, Fábio is very responsive and great at communicating. Place is so worth what we paid!! Thank you for having us 😊 we hope to come back soon

The house is very good, great location, faithful to the photos, clean, spacious! The hostess is a sweetheart, I have rarely travelled and found someone so helpful, answering all questions promptly and suggesting nice tours! I just have to thank you for this stay and we'll see you next time, you can rent without fear.

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy and well lit. The description in the ad, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. Contact with the host was also very smooth and easy at all times when this was necessary. The location is also excellent!

Home with a spectacular view, great location, next to a mall, market, bakery. Pleasant and very tasteful environment, super-equipped kitchen. The condominium deck facilitates speedboat rides. Super I indicate!

Great location, sauna is amazing after a little swim on the private beach. Both kitchen are fully equipped for anything you might need. We will gladly come back. (The barbecue is super cool and handy)

Wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and organized, the bed and bath games well clean and smelling. The apartment has several utensils, a minibar that even small was more than enough for our stay. The condominium is a show apart you have everything inside, the infinity pool is beautiful and the heated one is very nice. The location is great next to the pirate mall is close to downtown. The check in and checkout was fast , I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our large group, we were even able to do a churrasco with family members staying at another property. One of the highlights of our week. We don't know Rita in person, but she always responded to my msgs quickly, tips, and recommendations. We had contact with her husband, Ricardo, who is very kind and helpful. He was always willing to help and collaborate. The house is a cute and clean one. The outer space is wonderful and has a beautiful landscape. The beach is delicious, the sea is super quiet and with very tasty kiosks that catered to our demand. In our case, we were without a car, the only bad thing is the way to the beach that has a very steep slope, but, as we like to walk and we are used to, we can go to the beach every day. The experience was great,I highly recommend the house, and the wonderful hosts.

It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and atmosphere of angra, providing wonderful feelings! Ricardo, the very requested owner, educated and served us in the best way possible. Angela ,the householder appointed by the owner, an excellent professional who makes a good clean and prepares great meals. Finally, it was all wonderful, we'll come back more often!

Right on the beach! Alessandra is a great host. The beach is lovely, and there is a restaurant with live music right next door. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Alessandra helped us with many plans, from tours, to uber boats, to dining recommendations. She’s a goldmine of information! As this is right on the beach, next to a restaurant, be sure you’re a good sleeper, or bring earplugs. The music carries over to the rooms, and a light sleeper may have some trouble. Other than that, this is a gorgeous location with a wonderful, helpful host!

Simply UNFORGETTABLE! I stayed in this wonderful house with a group of friends and I can say without exaggeration: it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The view is breathtaking and every corner of the house is thought out with affection and comfort. The cleanliness of the house deserves highlight: everything impeccable, clean home smell, bed tidied with whimsical…really above expectations! I can't help but praise Naty, who was super attentive and helpful from the first contact until the moment of our departure. Always available, solving everything with kindness and agility. Upon arriving at the house, she took a tour showing each corner and it makes a lot of difference. You already feel welcome and at home. And Dona Lúcia… ah, what a wonderful woman! It was the one who took care of the food part and gifted us with that spice that smells and tastes like grandma's house. Each meal was a hug, food made with love, well seasoned, warm... one delight after another. Super recommend the house and girls.

Nathalie’s place in Mamangua was spectacular in every way. The property is stunning with wonderful places to sit or lie down around every corner. At each spot is a private view of the water. The main house is cozy and comfortable and super clean. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, and Dadico’s restaurant is steps away for fresh seafood meals and yummy caipirinhas. The suites are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Big thanks to Eni and Renildo. For their excellent, friendly service! I have stayed at a number of places in Mamangua, and Nathalie’s place is TOP! Highly recommend!

Marcelo's house is exactly how described, very comfortable for our family (4 people), but still following de Ilha grande style of simple comforts. Air conditioning worked perfectly, little balconies with hammocks in each room and 2 ensuits plus a downstairs bathroom. Nice garden and even bbq available But the best is the location. Close to all restaurants and bars in Abraão but also just a few steps from the nice corner of abraao beach and quiet. Ana Paula was there to welcome us and her husband took us on a private boat trip for a really good price. Definitely recommend. The house was clean and had everything one need in a place like ilha grande. Would definitely return.

Laura's place is exactly as pictured. There are three rooms each with 4 beds and a private bathroom. The rooms are connected by the outdoor porch from which you can also access the large kitchen and living room. Beautiful outdoor spaces where you can eat and cook on the grill. The garden of the house ends exactly on the sand a few meters from the sea. Next to the house is a restaurant/bar with a wide selection of food. Laura helped us with boat and car transportation to the house from Rio de Janeiro. She also provided us with a lady to do the cleaning and cooking. Recommended accommodation for the location, the house and the host (super helpful and very kind, as well as his family). Only negative note: on the beach, like every beach in Ilha Grande, dock many small boats/yachts during the day so the sea is unusable during the busiest hours. In the evening, you're among the few to live on the beach. Super positive experience!
