Beachfront holiday rental in Japariz beach

My family and I loved the location and the space, everything was great! We had unforeseen events with the microwave, which didn't work when we went to heat up food for the baby, so I notified Mr. Rodrigo, who was attentive and offered to provide another one quickly! We took a speedboat ride from the beach itself, we had beautiful days! We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return !! Nothing shown in the photos was different from reality! Oh, I can't forget the Kayaks and the stand up paddleboards that are from the house, people, it's delicious, we love it!

The house is wonderful and cozy, you can really see that it was made with great affection. The atmosphere is cozy. The shower is wonderful, the water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The house is close to a beach without calm waves, which has several boats and the look is wonderful with the hills in the background. Very quiet. What could improve: BBQ (no barbecue on the beach is a crime because the neighbors do it all the time and we get the smell only😂) Also have black out in the room, as the light of the post is right in front of the house. We had an excellent stay at Jenifer's house, we were 2 people and we were very comfortable. A plus : Below the apartment there is a market, "Tuna" is served by a very nice and pleasant gentleman, his market has a variety of things, but the best is his attention. Thank you, we felt right at home !

I went with my boyfriend and our stay was quite pleasant, let's remember with affection. The environment is quiet, has good space, comfortable bed, well clean bathroom and a lovely sea view. The countryside of the region is very beautiful and worth a boat ride. We went without a car and managed to walk to two beaches, but by car there are more options. Lívio and his family were friendly and helpful. We are happy with the trip and the accommodation. Finally, it is a great option to relax and rest.

The space exactly matches what's described in the listing. Everything was quiet and Bianca quickly responded to all messages. Bianca was very flexible with the check in and check out, which helped us a lot. I recommend Super to the accommodation and intend to return as soon as there is an opportunity.

Excellent the house. All the very good rooms. All with sweeping and sea view. Clean Bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. The view of the room is a spectacle. Breakfasts are amazing. The aquarium is also a show apart. A great common area. Always clean pool. There we rent jet ski to spend the day. Supermercado and pharmacy. The diarista is super solicitous. Anyway.. everything was great!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

This is my second time staying in the house and the truth is that both the house, the location and the people who work in the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane who is the cook is extremely friendly and pleasant and all the food they make is very good. The house is enunq prime location and the private beach few houses have it. In general lines it is a beautiful house to always return.

We love the apartment. The condo is very quiet and well located, but it does not have much night activity, but it is easy to get a delivery or a 99 to get around. Jaime and Mariza were very attentive and responded promptly. We will definitely return.

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

Beautiful home, very enjoyable to rest as a family. Secure condo with private beach access. Conveniently close to the center of Angra, very accessible by Uber. It has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, always helpful and attentive. Everything was tidy and clean in the apartment. The appliances available in perfect working order. Excellent refrigerator and it was already turned on with ice. Air-conditioning working to satisfaction. Airy and very clean environment. Large, new TVs in the bedroom and living room. Our stay was simply excellent! The house is wonderful, super cozy and well-equipped, but what really made a difference was the hosts. Sérgio and Paula were extremely helpful and attentive from the first contact. They helped us with all the planning, with incredible local indications that made the trip even more special. Julia’s place was absolutely out of this world. My friends and I stayed here for the long weekend and it was the best weekend we have ever had. The scenery was breathtaking, the beaches and restaurants were within a 5 minute walking distance and the amenities were perfect. I would advise bringing all of your food shopping for your stay before going to the island. It’s much easier this way. I’d especially like to mention the amazing hospitality from Julia, Jesse, Gabriela and Norma. They were able to give us lots of advice and numbers for water taxis which made our stay so much better and we did a tour around the island. This place is a must see. You will never find anywhere like this home!

It was 12 unforgettable days at home DolceFarNiente. We were 7 people and the listing was perfect. We adopted Zezé & Adam into the family and the result was great. She is a super cook and is open to suggest and learn new menus. She says “pass me the recipe I make”. The simplicity of the couple has captivated us! Rodrigo tb was super helpful on the speedboat ride. Located in Angra, the boat trip through the islands has to take place. Anyway, the Germans enjoyed their days in Angra a lot.

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s truly a special place away from the bustling city. The host was AMAZING. She coordinated travel between cars, boats, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay in this house in Angra dos Reis exceeded all expectations! Every detail was thought out with affection to provide a unique and memorable experience. We were greeted with great attention and affection by Leidi and Jajá, houseworkers, who were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The house is impeccable: new, clean, beautifully decorated and complete in every respect. The view is simply breathtaking, a real gift for the eyes. The heated infinity pool provided us with relaxing moments and amazing photos, while the exclusive beach with crystal clear waters was an irresistible invitation for a swim. The host was a separate chapter, demonstrating attention and care in every detail. The movie breakfast and the pampering that we were offered made the experience even more special. The food prepared by Leidi, every day, was tasty and homemade. We'll be back!

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, rooms with air conditioning and equipped kitchen. Ocean front. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because it's accessed by the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Very close to the house parties, this can be a little annoying for people very sensitive to noise, in our case particularly it was not a problem there is already a rear room with private bathroom and double door where almost nothing is heard. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila the girl who takes care of the house is very friendly and attentive. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! Beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.
