Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Japaratinga

The Milagres penthouse is great for a family trip or a trip with other couples who are friends. The living room and kitchen space are integrated with the outdoor area, making them excellent for lunches and dinners. The apartment has three en-suites and a private heated pool. The view of the coconut trees that we see while sitting at the dining table is beautiful, as well as from inside the pool. Impeccable bed and bath linens! My husband and I love it! We would have stayed more days without any problems. The beach, just down the street, is also beautiful!!! The street is under construction, I believe that when it is finished it will be great!

Spotless Apartment 👏👏👏

The apartment is sensational! The second time we've rented. I recommend too much for those who are elderly. Everything in the apartment is functional. Including, Alessandra is so helpful and cordial that she was kind enough to take the rug out of the room so my dad wouldn't fall. I have no words to thank for all the affection always present in your dialogue. Eternal Gratitude. 🥰 We will come back countless times!!!

The stay was excellent, with a privileged location on the beautiful beach of Campas, a few steps from the Church of St. Peter. Communication with the host Alexandre was very easy and efficient. The listing was exactly as described in the listing, highlighting the great pools. The only points that bothered us a little, but which in no way compromised the experience, were the noise coming from the pool area during the night, audible in the fourth suite (albeit within the allowed time of use), some dust points near the wall in the room and the water filter, which had a slow flow. Overall we highly recommend hosting!

The great place to host and rest!

The house is excellent, new and very comfortable, all according to the photos. With all necessary household utensils. All rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is also wonderful, spacious and quiet. I recommend to those who really want to peel and enjoy a very comfortable space. The condominium's swimming pool is huge and the leisure area has courts and playgrounds for children. The house is opposite the leisure area of the condominium. The host (Lucimeire) always requests and attentions to our messages. Manteve always contacted to know if we needed anything. We intend to come back one day. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Extraordinary property! A few steps from the beach in a private location. The host was very responsive and kind. Ideal for big families and friends getaways. The house has everything you need. It’s clean, tidy and spacious. We had a little issue with the shower but nothing major. I highly recommend this property.

The house is more than the photos, a super nice, cozy, clean and organized place. Super complete, from the iron to the barbecue. Tranquil and safe neighborhood. I received a lot of information about tours and restaurants, through the friendly Poli, who welcomed us with great affection. A place of peace and refuge. I didn't feel like going home!

Immaculate house with excellent facilities. We have returned to Patacho Beach over past ten years as it is clean, uncrowded, and has calm sea with distant reef. Polyanna’s house offered us everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday with our adult children and very young grandchildren. Peace. Privacy. Perfect Paradise. Polyanna recommended help which assured us of a restful relaxing holiday. Highly recommend as a family location.

We love staying at home Sun! Since the time of booking, hostess Bárbara has been extremely kind and helpful, giving us tips on tours, restaurants. The employee's appointment to cook for us during our stay was great! She cooks beautifully and prepared a wonderful menu for us, including vegan options. Bárbara was so kind that she even left a little birthday present for my grandmother, as that was the reason for our trip. The location is privileged. The beach in front of the condominium is amazing and the house is super well decorated, well equipped and the private pool is warm, a delight. We love and will be back as soon as possible.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Everything we needed had. Very caprice in the organization and utensils of the house. We enjoyed our stay with peace of mind. The house clerk was very helpful and the hostess assisted us from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house has a private swimming pool, with a spa, amazing for a post beach. The beach is a few meters away and has a private exit from the condominium, which is very reserved (few houses) and safe. We will return with great pleasure, as we have built great memories there.
