The apartment offers a bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a balcony, Wi-Fi, smart TV and storage space. Parking is free in front of the house. Right in Nýrsko you will find a ski resort suitable for families with children. Ski Špičák about 25 km from the apartment. Čertovo and Černé jezero are 27 km from the apartment. Klatovy 17 km from the apartment.

Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

The accommodation is an ideal choice for nature lovers and active recreation, cycling and hiking and swimming. There are several swimming pools, forests full of mushrooms, the Sumava Protected Landscape Area, natural and historical monuments, all within a comfortable distance for trips. 10 km from the historical center of Klatovy. Not far from the Bavarian border. There is a herb garden, fireplace and terrace.

In our house on the edge of the forest, we give you not only the space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. It takes the right car and skill to do it. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

V mrazivých dnech se není čeho bát, nová kachlová kamna maringotku krásně vytopí a voda nepoteče z vodovodu, ale bude pro vás i tak nachystána😊 Po dohodě je možné zajištění snídaně do košíku s doručením.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.
