Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Hiking and biking trails are almost right by the house. Within five minutes you can reach Waldkirchen with a thermal bath, a large outdoor pool and an ice rink. There are great shopping opportunities there. Within thirty minutes, ski lifts, treetop path and the national park with bears, moose and other animals.

In and around Waldkirchen you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails, attractions for children, shopping and very good restaurants.

From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. Less suitable for children under 6 years of age for several days, but perfect as an overnight stay. City tax included.
