Great house thank you for having us as guests! We came all the way from Houston and it was worth it. Faveo was nice as well

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

Ho passato alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo alloggio. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve. Il letto è comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto anche la cucina ben attrezzata. Un grazie speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda e a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio la zona. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e ospitalità autentica. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

Un apartamento súper lindoo, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, siempre estuvieron súper pendientes y dispuestos con cualquier cosa que se presentara.

Siempre que estoy en Cali me quedo en este hermoso edificio muy seguro y excelente ubicación. El apartamento muy lindo tal cual las fotos, todo muy limpio, dos camas muy cómodas y los 2 tv cuentan con plataformas para conectarse. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ muy recomedado.

El lugar, la atencion estuvieron muy bien. Sergio respondìa ràpido y muchas buenas opciones al rededor para comer. Definitivamente volveria a hospedarme

Great old house in a great safe neighborhood in Cali. It fit all four of us with much room to spare. Loved the pool and the sauna!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Yerson fue excelente. Pasamos 8 días en Cali de vacaciones en familia y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Yerson fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. El hospedaje cumplió con todo lo prometido y más, destacando la atención al detalle, los servicios adicionales y la excelente conectividad, ideal para trabajar o mantenerse en contacto. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para quien busque comodidad, buena ubicación y una hospitalidad de primera.

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

Catherine es una excelente anfitriona, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros desde antes de llegar a Cali y hasta el día que nos fuimos. Estuvimos con mi familia para fin de año y el apto cumplió nuestras expectativas. Excelente ubicación, muy residencial, con bastante seguridad y muy tranquilo. Nos sentimos como en casa ya que contaba con todas las cosas que se necesitan para una estadía de 7 días. Súper recomendado!!! Mi calificación 10/10. Definitivamente volveríamos. Si regreso a Cali sin duda pensaría en el Apto se Catherine para alojarme con mi familia!!! Catherine muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad!!!

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Daniela is an excellent host, responded to all my cocerns and needs without any hesitations. Thank you Daniela 🙏 Location very tranquill ,exactly what i needed. I do recommend this apt. for either a long or short stay.

Luis Carlo's place was a great find. I had a few questions for him and he was fast to respond. The place is a very nice, clean and modern apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and city. By being on the 6th floor, you do not hear a lot of street noise and feel safe. Orlando who is the caretaker and checks you in was always available when and if you need something, like clean towels. Luis Carlos's was very accommodating when we had to stay longer and I submitted the extra days through the Airbnb website and he approved it which was a great relief as we would of had to find somewhere else to go. So that was very convenient. Over all, our stay was fabulous and recommend this beautiful Airbnb.
