Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

“Authentic 1970s holiday home close to nature”

The holiday home Selma is located in the middle of a protected nature area in Kettrup Bjerge. Here you can find peace and slow down. The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both biking and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been tried to preserve. There is no luxury here, but plenty of tranquility and opportunity for presence. Blokhus and Løkken are within driving distance of the house and offer plenty of culture and places to eat. Dog welcome but only on the floor 😀

On the large natural grounds with spruce trees and apple orchards, there are fantastic views over fields, streams and forests - here you can relax and completely unwind. Sommerhuset ligger 700 meter fra strand og Vesterhavet, hvor I kan opleve de smukkeste solnedgange. I kan ofte se råvildt og fasaner morgen og aften ved huset. Til hyggelige aftener er der også en bålplads som kan benyttes. Vi har renoveret sommerhuset så næsten alt står nyt og flot

The house itself is quite basic, but location is absolutely top for nature lovers: Sea view from the house and its two terraces and a beautiful walk to some of the best beaches in Denmark, only 700 meters walk away via small trails.
