Cozy beachfront cottage

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

“Authentic 1970s holiday home close to nature”

The holiday home Selma is located in the middle of a protected nature area in Kettrup Bjerge. Here you can find peace and slow down. The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both biking and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been tried to preserve. There is no luxury here, but plenty of tranquility and opportunity for presence. Blokhus and Løkken are within driving distance of the house and offer plenty of culture and places to eat. Dog welcome but only on the floor 😀

Cottage on a natural plot near Løkken

On the large natural grounds with spruce trees and apple orchards, there are fantastic views over fields, streams and forests - here you can relax and completely unwind. Here you can recharge in the quiet surroundings - and the cottage offers all the basic necessities; The cottage consists of a room and a bathroom. In the large room, there is a nice bed (140 cm/three-quarter), kitchen facilities with, among other things, a dishwasher, sofa (sofa bed), dining area and entrance. The small functional bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

In the middle of the countryside, as if you had anchored in the field, you will be awakened in the morning by the birds in the trees all around. Open the door for the child and/or dog and back to the bunk... or with the coffee on the covered terrace, while the rest of the crew can enjoy their freedom in the safely fenced garden. A bit like jetty sailing in the middle of the fields - ground partially crooked, toilet in the wooden house next door, everything compressed, directly in nature in wonderful sea air.

Here is a west-facing terrace overlooking the water and protected heather hills and two other terraces, so there is the possibility of shade and sun. The house consists of a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, spa and sauna + space for four overnight guests. The house itself is quite basic, but location is absolutely top for nature lovers: Sea view from the house and its two terraces and a beautiful walk to some of the best beaches in Denmark, only 700 meters walk away via small trails. Local farmers sell fresh vegetables and you can buy fresh fish in one of the small coastal towns nearby. Please note! Pets not allowed due to allergies!
