Had a large family reunion and this location served its purpose well! The 1st floor allowed everyone ample space to be together which was fantastic. The host was great at getting back to us with questions! With all the kids there they did get a bit too adventurous and explored the woods which was someone else’s property. The host was kind(and very polite) about letting us know not to trek too far!

Perfect location and great experience!

Beautiful space. We had 5 kids/teens and 6 adults. Everyone had their own space to relax. The house was clean and beautiful. The restaurant at the resort was yummy & even had live music. The kids had a blast playing in the pool (clean). Bring your own shampoo/soap and some towels. There aren’t enough towels for everyone (no shampoo provided). Also, the drive up is VERY steep and windy, not as easy drive but it is beautiful. The hosts/front office people were great. The spiral staircase is adorable. The kids loved it! It was a wonderful home!

Misty had a great house available for us, and was great communicating through the entire process with me. Very clean, lots of room. 10/10 would recommend her as a host!

Place is amazing! Felt like home, once we left we started to miss it. Extremely spacious, amenities were amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Somerset!

We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town looking at real estate. WOW, what great spot on the lake. The view was fantastic. The sheets smell fantastic too! I would recommend staying here for sure. Everything you need and more. What are you waiting for, book this one today!

We loved this home. It’s clean and fresh. The surroundings are postcard gorgeous! Paula was very responsive and made the house feel like a home. I’d gladly stay there again!

Great place to stay when visiting Lake Cumberland Marina and area.

We loved all the history in the place and that they are carrying on a family tradition of hospitality. The little touches made it like home and we enjoyed feeling we were part of the family

Both the house and hosts were amazing! The place looked great online but was even better in person. It was evident that so many things were very well thought out. It was also much closer to the river than I envisioned. The view from the patio was lovely. We used all the bedrooms and brought a cot to turn the upstairs reading loft into another sleeping space. There was also plenty of space to have used the cot in the downstairs game area. The dining table seats six, but we brought a card table with us to extend it to make more room. There were plenty of folding chairs and a bench to use for extra seating. The patio had a picnic table and several seating options. The downstairs patio had at least 10 comfy stackable chairs. There is no TV on site, but we had a small projector that connected to a cell phone that we were able to display on one of the large walls in the basement. We used the patio chairs to make our own theater seating.

Beautiful place with lots of cool wildlife to see. The neighborhood boat ramp was perfect put in for our kayaks!

Stayed the weekend for a fishing tournament. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I had forgot to pack a few things but no worries, they had everything I forgot. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family or the guys again for a fishing trip. Guys, if the wives or girlfriends are coming on your fishing trip, they will love it as well. We parked two boats under the carport and was able to charge everything over night. Every time we fish Dale Hollow from now on, we will be staying here. Can’t wait to get back!!

Beautiful location, waterfalls were amazing, little pond was very entertaining for the kids! Little bit of a drive to go to town, but plenty to do while in town! Driveway can be difficult-not Justin’s fault…Kentucky is mountainous! The house was cozy, we loved eating dinner on the back porch, we would come back!

Close to Columbia and Campbellsville! Very clean and comfortable- recliners super soft- very responsive to my questions. Loved the accommodations!

Beatifull home, quite neighborhood

The place was great! Plenty of room. The house was very clean. Master bed was comfortable. Quiet area just 10 min from Lindsey Wilson. Perfect for us.

Everything we needed was provided, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a hidden getaway—peaceful, relaxing, and totally unique.

We had a great stay at Jo's Cottage, which was clean and comfortable. We are familiar with the area and have friends nearby, so it was a perfect place for the two of us to have a relaxing time with all the amenities we could need. Mary was phenomenally responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

The Little Green House was a delight. Perfect for the weekend! The house has plenty of space and amenities, is near many activities and has plenty of parking. I look forward to coming back! 10 stars!

Us and 3 other couples stayed the weekend for a wedding and it was perfect! Lots of room everyone got their own room and the kids got bunk beds! Very clean and the full kitchen was great! The hot tub was a hit! Loved how it was set back into the woods! Very peaceful and private! We were drinking coffee on the deck one morning and wild turkeys walked through the back yard!

It was a beautiful quiet place. It was definitely great for privacy!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the back porch to sit among the trees. The spaciousness of the family room and sunroom gave us plenty of area for completing puzzles or watching movies. The location was easy drive to Somerset and tourist spots. The scenic drive through the farmland to the house was peaceful, yet close to groceries etc. hope to return.
