Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. The apartment is close to nature, but still only 5 km from central Pietarsaari. The apartment is a side building next to our house. The large yard has a playground and is surrounded by fields and forests with hiking trails.
