In the morning, we hear the birds, escaping the hustle and bustle of the center, with few houses, lots of trees and a family atmosphere. The house is made in Maçaranduba, and masonry, a wood that brings the rustic with a very clean decoration, bringing lightness and peace to the environment, with 2 bedrooms being an en-suite, 1 social bathroom, kitchen, dining room and combined TV room. There are many trees on the site, it is not far from the center, 3.5 km, paved access, with 100 meters of dirt road, there are 4 cottages on the site.

Mountain chalet with a fireplace and whirlpool, ideal for combining rest with the region's gastronomic tours. Located 6.4 km from downtown Abernéssia and 9 km from Capivari. Access via 700 meters of dirt road. The space has two chalets available for rent, which are independent, sharing only the outdoor area and parking. We are close to Carde - Automobile Museum, and restaurants: Vecchia Toscana, Orizzonte, Pontremoli, ArtBbq, and on the way to the Santa Maria Winery.
