Super recommend for those who want to gather with friends or family, the villa is really big and the location is at the end so there's no noise from here and there. and Kak Rikka is super helpful :)

Very nice location but unfortunately i found so many hair in the carpet in front of the tv maube its from the previous renter But we can have late check out at 12 pm so its ok lah

The place was a bit hard to find at first—it’s tucked away in a small alley and the Google Maps location isn't completely accurate. But once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised! The villa is spacious, with a nice pool that the kids really enjoyed. The indoor area is roomy and comfortable, and the front yard can fit about two cars. They also provided meat for a barbecue, which was a great bonus. Overall, a nice stay with a lot of space for families.

Very clean and comfortable, fragrant and fluffy mattresses and blankets. Nice home 🙏

The location was convenient for us. The house was clean with a minimalist layout. Perhaps it could do with some extra pots/pans for simple cooking. Would consider another stay there should the need arise.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Overall, everything was okay and I liked it. I had a good stay... I'd like to stay again if I come next time.

Excellent location above a large shopping centre with a big supermarket etc. Easy to get grab/gojek. Useful laundry in the basement. Communication with Farah is exceptional and the apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. One plus point is you cant hear the call for prays when the balcony doors are shut.

Im so grateful to Cahyu for being kind, generous and helpful the time I need help. She allowed me to stay in her place for literally 6 hours extra free of cost. I had tk stay because my flight was in midnight, cant thank her enough❤️ I extremely recommend her place because its like home. the check-in was so easy withiut filling millions of forms. The room was so clean with amazing scenery in the balcony. it has 2 aircon(kitchen/bedroom) and I loved she left a prayer dress🥰The bathroom was so clean(you can sleep there😝) with heater as well. Most importantly, the kitchen has an amazing kitchenware, its new and easy to use. I love Cahyu for responding on my queries anytime, shes responsive❤️ staying in her unit gives you free use of pool like NO FEE🥰In thr ground floor they have shop, reading area, and the beautiful viee of the pool and the trees. i really enjoyed my stay honestly. highly recommended Cahyu's place. She's a great Indonesian host🥰Thank yoj Cahyu for your help❤️

The accommodation has everything. There is laundry detergent, and toiletries are also prepared. There was a hair dryer in the closet, but we didn't use it. The refrigerator was large and both the freezer and refrigerator worked well. The air conditioner was cool, and the dining table in the storage space under the TV was very useful. I'd like to stay again if I come to Jakarta next time. There is also a swimming pool and gym on the first floor of the property. There is a passage connecting to the shopping mall towards the swimming pool. The connected shopping mall has everything. I had a comfortable stay.

The apartment unit is clean, has a good interior design, complete equipment, is in a strategic location such as being next to the mall and opposite the train station.

Loved staying here for a month! The apartment had everything I needed, fully equipped kitchen, access to a gym, and even a swimming pool (though I never got around to using it). The area is super quiet, and there are tons of great cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Hendi, the host, was always quick to respond and really helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Very recommended accomodation. The unit was clean and neat. I stay for 4 nights and it was good. The host is responsive, also very helpful.
