The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

In der Küche ist neben der üblichen Austattung mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett saniert. Alles wie neu und bereit für euch.
